I swear to God if we do this we dont deserve to ever win another championship. I hope KD and Kyrie and everyone else will decide to go elsewhere.

Zion/Trae/Collins/Huerter would get me excited about the Hawks.

      No way it happens.

Interesting that the rumor is only if we win the lottery. The Pels have no interest in even hearing an offer with the #2 (just for argument's sake here)?

It would be contingent on him signing an extension.

Ever since I found out this was a financial possibility I've been running scenarios. I don't have a definitive answer, but this is a good problem to have. Zion looks amazing, but the best case scenario is he turns into something like AD. On the other hand, it takes literally all of our cap, I believe we would have to trade everyone on the roster to NO to make it work and then we'd have KD, Kyrie, AD and no cap space. A 14% chance at either Zion or a super team is dope.

Being totally honest, I think I'd rather have Zion. KD has grown on me though since the "I'm Kevin Durant, you all know who I am" comments, I like my guys arrogant. He's coming into this final form.

This will all be easier to swallow when we take Rui Hachimura with the 5th pick anyway.

                    With all due respect.

                    Not really.

How dare you put Chicago on this list. Chicago is a world class city homie. Just a basketball team run by monkeys but there is nothing wrong with Chicago. Can’t speak for all those other places though. Especially Cleveland.

The city and team with Zion would be a lot different going forward with Zion then it has in the past. The city has desperately lacked a star and any real hope (college and pro). They are plenty of basketball fans in the state just they have never had a reason to cheer. Even if its casual people jumping on the bandwagon the culture would instantly change with Zion. It also should be a city that attracts quality FA's.

It takes the pressure and headlines off Trae and instantly you have a great young core. Also quietly Atlanta has room for a max level FA and likely the 9/10th to land someone else. In the east you would make the playoffs year 1.

Apparently this was the top 5 at the draft rehearsal for anyone that cares.
