Glad Lakers and Knicks don't get top 2.

Just so messed though. Pelicans win the Davis lottery months after the CP3 fiasco with veto and eventual other trade. Now the season they're trading him, they suddenly win again. Each time a superstar leaves his city it seems like they suddenly win lottery.

Pelicans could be real good in future. If I'm them, I'm giving up Davis for the 4th. Then package the 4th + whatever else it takes to get another top 3 pick. Zion + RJ combo in NO will be insane.

Because they damn sure aren’t going to keep that as long as Lebron is there.

New system is good there's nothing wrong with it. The odds have become more flattened which is a good thing. Well at least we won't have to wonder if you have the #1 pick do you trade it for Davis anymore.

Could be low key fantastic for the Knicks. Could be...

Zion already being on the Pels obviously means they can't trade for him, he's out of the entire trade landscape throughout the league. I was worried he'd go to a place who could put together a great package for AD.

Memphis isn't a possible destination for AD. The Knicks now hold the most valuable pick in this draft and if NO loves Barrett the Knicks are in good position to make an offer for AD.
