Big question here is does he get another shot somewhere? He had a good run but the NBA kinda passed him up and he's failed to adapt.Comment

I mean, he will at least get to be the "defensive coordinator" on some team based on reputation alone.OSHA Inspector for the NBA.Comment

Re: 2018-19 Transaction Thread
Flip’s son Ryan Saunders is taking over as head coach for now. I hope he gets a serious look and they consider him for the permanent head coach. Players love him and he has a great basketball mind. Think he would be breath of fresh air for this franchise. I hope he just kills it the rest of the season and gets the job. Only 32 years old, but that shouldn’t matter in my opinion.

What in the hell is GarPax doing man. Woj reporting that Houston is trading Michael Carter Williams and cash to the Bulls for a future conditional second round pick. The day that the 2 of these dudes get fired will be a bigger celebration in this city than the day they get title number 7

Re: 2018-19 Transaction Thread
Makes sense.
@KeithSmithNBA
“Chicago does not own their own 2019 second round pick. It is going to Philadelphia (via the LA Lakers).
Chicago does own their own 2020 second round pick. My guess is when all is said and done, that pick is the one going to Houston with a top-55 protection attached.”
“And the Bulls will get enough cash to cover what is owed to MCW, as well as to cover the contract for MarShon Brooks, who was brought in for salary matching purposes in the Justin Holiday deal.
CHI does HOU a favor to save luxury taxes and HOU pays for both MCW and Brooks.”Comment

Re: 2018-19 Transaction Thread
So they’re waiving MCW. Essentially trading away another second round draft pick for cash. Because you know, the Bulls franchise is hurting for money.

Surprised no one has mentioned Chandler Parsons and Memphis has agreed to part ways.
