I wonder if they took an anonymous pol from GMs, coaches, maybe even players and asked the question which player with a max contract is the least deserving if Andrew Wiggins would be the unanimous answer.

At least Wall’s made sense AT THE TIME. Now it looks silly because he hasn’t played anywhere near that level since then or even shown any signs of returning and changing/evolving as a player.#RespectTheCultureComment

Honestly, give Wall his money. It's all the other **** contracts Ernie has collected that has caused them far more trouble than Wall.

I actually thought he was referring to Otto when he mentioned the guy in Washington. Wall is definitely worth a max deal, his deal in particular is structured in a bad way but he's still a max level player. Might end up hurting Washington though.Comment

But like FT said, it’s the other contracts that they gave out to Mahimni, Jodie Meeks and Jason Smith that have burned them more significantly than Porter/Wall because of the amount they’ve spent in them and how little production they’ve gotten from there outside of like 3-4 bright spots from all of them combined.#RespectTheCultureComment

Ross is an explosive scorer. Dangerous streak shooter with pull ups going to his right. Always has struggled with game to game consistency.
Nikki V. is one of the finest big men in todays game. Has a soft jump hook to go with his bumping/grinding low post maneuverings. Can face up and shoot from mid-range to the three point line with uncanny accuracy. Is a terrific passer who reads the floor well. His rebounding ratio of 1 per every 2.7 minutes of action is phenomenal considering 1:3 is the standard for centers. Credit his strength, hands, and anticipation.
Nikki's big weakness.... he isn't quick side to side or off the floor which makes him a sub-par defender. He needs to be parlayed with a quick defensive-minded forward. This is why the continued development of Aaron Gordon is important.Comment
