So, like, Michael Jordan is maybe the dumbest owner in the NBA?

He refused to listen to offers for years on Kemba, resisted the temptation to trade him at the deadline just to low ball him on an offer?

I understand, Kemba isn't worth a max contract. It's fine, and I totally agree. But when you treat a guy like a franchise player, call him the franchise then just...let him go for nothing? That's pathetic.

I'd be irate if I was a Hornets fan.

I don't know how any CHA fan will cough up their hard-earned money to attend games in the near future. I wouldn't do it. They should be last in attendance next season.

What's even more confounding is what would be the reasoning behind this logic?

What was MJ's play here all along? Like everyone's saying he could've traded him and at least gotten some assets. But now Kemba just outright leaves (and to a better team so good for him) and the Hornets end up with zero gain from this debacle.

I want so bad for this to happen

I don't want to see Favors leave, but if Bogdanovic wants to sign on we don't have any other choice unfortunately. He'd just be a much better fit

Theory floating around: the real reason LeBron changed his number was MJ already wore 23 in Space Jam and Toon Squad retired it [emoji1787]

So let’s say this is true, why does he want to leave Philly for Miami? He doesn’t want to win?

I just saw this from NBA Central and it's not a surprise if true:

Khris Middleton is expected to return to the Milwaukee Bucks on a max deal worth $190M over 5 years, per @ScoopB

                            Powell laughs back

The Mavericks intend to present their long-planned contract extension to Dwight Powell -- three years, $33 million -- when free agency opens after 6 PM tonight, league sources say, with the sides expected to swiftly agree to terms

I don't understand the logistics of basketball at all.

So if he were to do that... doesn't that just it hard to keep or sign other big money guys? Basically handicapping the team?
