Hate it for Zion, but love to see it happen to the city of New Orleans. They to deserve no happiness after whining pass interference becoming a reviewable play in the NFL. Nothing but many years of sports misfortune them crybabies.

OT: For the basketball threads, should we stick with the weekly threads or do every 2 weeks?#RespectTheCultureComment

Re: Training Camp/Preseason Discussion Thread
Man if you don’t go on with this nonsense..lol.
And yeah. Zion has the gait of 70 yr old man who’s had a couple of knee replacement surgeries.
And FWIW..there’s literally no time for him to drop some pounds with the regular season here. With all of his marketing..off days gotta be rest days. He can’t play the weight off either.
Something to watch.Comment

Then again the Redskins were never near the level of the Patriots.

Re: Training Camp/Preseason Discussion Thread
It's basic anatomy and physics...he's too big for basketball. Dude needs to drop 15-30 lbs. Basketball players that are 6'6" don't need to weigh almost 290 lbs. If he was a football player, no problem. But with all the running/jumping basketball players do, his knees are going to give him problems if he doesn't slim down.

And I don’t have time to waste a Monday night watching the bum *** Jets. Unfortunately for me the league and networks keep scheduling the Pats in prime time slots.Comment

Re: Training Camp/Preseason Discussion Thread
Not just this, and it feels weird to say about a guy this athletic, but he kinda moves funny.. Just walking he looks a bit off mechanically.. I mentioned that way back in the draft pages and was told I shouldn't say anything about a possible injury until he was actually injured, well he's injured now so I'm saying it again lol..
Hopefully this isn't anything serious or longer term though.. Dude does need to drop some weight.
He reminds me of this guy I played with in high school, about 6'6 like Zion, always looked like he was limping/ailing when he walked/ran. He used to get so mad at guys asking him "you good?" all the time, He could fly though.
Hope Zion ends up OK though, good thing its just soreness.Last edited by The 24th Letter; 10-18-2019, 01:59 PM.Comment
