I’m not expecting him to play but if our conservative *** Training Staff says he all good to go and he feels good, then bring him back slowly that way he has something to build off this year and carry into next year.

Wonder if there is a chance he couple play come playoff time? I mean I fully expect y’all to make it without him anyways.

I know it's just preseason, but man LA looked good. Lot's of great chemistry shown. And AD smh...that dude is gonna be a real problem this season, being on a team like this. He's literally like a cheat code for Lebron. Lebron messes up, he's there to get the board and clean up lol.

Biggest take away from me is I really hope they just keep rolling with similar line-ups to the one from tonight and let Kuz be that scoring punch off the bench. That would make them such a dangerous team and be the best case scenario for Kuzma as well IMO.

Rondo off the bench is key too.. I think his days of being a good defender are behind him, but as long as he’s not a negative on that end he’s a valuable back up point man. He frustrates me because he over dribbles, stops breaks, sometimes stops the flowing offense.. it’s acceptable when a great scorer does it, but not someone who isn’t a scoring threat.. However, in a bench role some of those traits might be valuable. If he’s doing his job on controlling the tempo he should keep the bench rotation from getting big runs put up on them from other teams.. a big flaw in many LeBron teams in years past, when he sat his teams/coaches never had a way of controlling the pace of the game with inferior players on the floor.

I didn’t watch the whole game, just some pieces, but man these past couple days have been a big tease. Ready for NBA basketball to start already.

Side note.. why the hell did the Lakers sign David Stockton?

It’s a breath of fresh air watching Davis in comparison to Bosh on his pairing with LeBron.. I’ve ripped Bosh enough for it, but you can stretch the floor and still rim-run when there is an opening.. I think Davis gets that, he knows Bron will feed him.. how Bosh never caught on watching Haslem and Birdman do it.. idk but JaVale and AD about to be dunking everything this year.

Pack, I got a question for you about the Nets starting line up. Obviously, KD ain't playing. But what's your starting line up right now? Do you have Jordan or Allen at the 5?

I know it's just against the Adelaide 36ers but Jeff Green and Ed Davis are going to be huge pickups for us, always great to have a couple vet bigs off the bench that can step up and kill it in their role when needed

I’m in the Ed Davis fan club. It will be demoralizing for teams defending when they see Gobert go out thinking they can fare better on the defensive boards only to see one of the best offensive rebounders in the league check in.

Forgot the league approved coaches challenges until last night when I was both coaches in the Hornets/Celtics game used one in the final minutes of a pointless preseason game.

STUPID!

Listen, I don’t have all night to watch a bunch of people stand around during video reviews after a coaches challenge. I want Adam Silver fired if this **** ultimately ruins basketball for me, like the NFL has football.

Video review is the absolute worst thing to happen in sports in the history of competitive athletics. Ban all of it!
