Wall and Durant have to give hope to anybody that suffers an Achilles injury like them. Obviously it helps they both had 15+ months to recover but it should show that coming back from that injury is not as dire as it once was.

Not saying those are the first 2 players to have done that because I know they’re not, they were just the first to come to mind.

Definitely questionable officiating down the stretch, but I like the win for the 76ers. Jazz should've closed that game out in regulation. Tobias really stepped it up in OT scoring 11. As much as Embiid wants to win DPOY, I just don't see it happening. Definitely impacts/alters a lot of shots and definitely steps it up against big matchups, but Ben is more likely to win it over Joel.

I feel like every 5 years or so now there is leap in the collective medical recovery procedures from surgery to rehab that reduces the level of debilitation from what it use to be. One of my buddies torn his 3 years ago at 38 and came back 13 months later 95% of what he was before he got hurt and he's just a regular joe.

Random stat I noticed while looking at the box scores ... Orlando was 27/27 on free throws. And Atlanta was 18/19. Then again I rarely pay attention to that team stat, so it might not even be that abnormal.

And this is why coaches should look into getting Lillard moving without the ball. You can't just trap him on pick and rolls. They been doing it for years. It's crazy they haven't changed it up yet.
