Milwaukee has been physical as hell with Gobert. And it's worked.

When a center gets 50 or 60 that's just insane to me. Heard Kat had 56 in the 3rd!

Most pts from a Center since Shaq.

Not long ago a lot of people were saying that KAT was on the decline.

Do this today: Instead of $%*#!@& on a game you're not going to play or movie you're not going to watch, say something good about a piece of media you're excited about.

Do the same thing tomorrow. And the next. Now do it forever.

More like he never reached the anticipated peak.

Giannis going right at Gobert. Back to back huge drives.

Gobert going right back at him[emoji102]

Great deny by Rudy on the Giannis oop.

Not a good night for Donovan.

Bucks win. Had lost 19 straight in Utah till tonight.

Yep, mentioned earlier in this thread Milwaukee hasn't won since 2001 in Utah, with Ray Allen, Big Dog and Sam Cassell. Now, we have another big 3, Giannis, Khash and Jrue.

Even though Brook only played 15 minutes, he made a difference clogging up the middle.

Let's see how Tyreke Evans does in the G League.

LeBron needs to fake an injury and just call it a season.

I don’t recall hearing this but I do remember folks questioning if you could win with him as “the franchise cornerstone”.

Never heard folks question if he could reach his peak though

There was definitely a lot of talk about it. Him being soft, afraid of contact, too willing to just chill on the perimeter instead of mixing it up in the paint, etc

The phrase reaching his peak or realizing his full potential may not have been explicitly used but it was definitely inferred.

If I had a nickel for every time I’ve heard these about an NBA, I’d be a millionaire.

                              "I don't recall hearing this...if I had a nickel for everytime I heard this..."

(it ain't that serious, there's enough of a distinction between the two to view them differently, just made me chuckle a bit)
I never heard talk about failing to reach his peak/potential due to his talent level, any talk always centered around the "how bad does he want it" stuff.

Let me clarify so this don’t get dragged out more than it already has: I don’t recall hearing it about him in particular(not denying that it was never said).

I’ve heard those similar sayings about plenty of other NBA players though(but I’ve also never actively looked for those comments about KAT)hence my comment.
