The NBA and sports media definitely is guilty of manufactoring drama in a lot of instances, this is not one of those instances. Dude brings up NBA out of left field giving an opinion that absolutely nobody on earth asks him for and the NBA is taking the blame for "manufacturing drama" and this being the dead time of the offseason like they're responsible for this? This is an L take on you and Pack's part OJ.

King, I could two craps about taking L on *this* because at the end of the day…this topic not worth 3 days of discussion or even some paragraphs worth of debate like y’all two are engaging in, especially when this is a semantical *** topic anyway, lol.

I already said it was odd of him to bring up especially unprovoked and it was odd of players to get offended by it. He didn’t minimize nobody’s accomplishments or rings like NBA Fans already do.

Oh and I never blamed the NBA BTW. I said this is a dead time of the NBA Offseason(which it is and we BOTH know that)because there isn’t **** else going on with this league. That’s not the same as ME blaming the NBA.

My thing is had anyone called themselves world champions recently. I can't remember one.

Nobody has and the league doesn’t either.

It’s pretty much been NBA Champion but the “World” part doesn’t really need to be said since it’s already known that this is the best league in the world, even if it’s a Domestic League in reality.

I already don't like the idea of the inseason tournament. Lets pray he doesn't decide to have a world cup too.

I'm not even sure what that would be. The best NBA teams in a tournament against the best teams from Spain, France, China, etc. That would be complete destruction by the American teams.

The top comment to that tweet sums it up similarly to the Netflix cutdowns.

You can't be "losing money" when the people who are streaming without paying wouldn't have paid if the streams didn't exist.

I think one way or another people will find ways around things like that. Streams can be shut down all they want, there will always be people just uploading new ones.

Do y'all know how easy is it to host a different domain?

Just like someone mentioned above. Torrents are still around because of the above. A few clicks to resolve a domain. A few..... Eaststeam redirect it's website multi times last year. People didn't even notice.

If they simply just made it easier to watch local games no BS blackout games. We wouldn't have this problem. But also make it cheaper. There so many reasons. I've brought UFC fights before. But for league pass not be able to cover Nets and Knicks. Is insane. Knicks are going to have this crazy cost this year to watch games which is going to flop. When you're charging 15 bucks (or whatever it is)

Streams will forever be a thing.

Heck for 60 euros a year i have an online subscription that shows me over a 1000 world wide channels along with many euro and US sport channels.

I can watch any nfl game on my tv and any nba game if its televised.

Fun fact is that the company i bought it from got raided by the feds but the server its hosted on is still active.

Pretty sure they have a new website as well lol

A few years ago I paid for a similar thing just to watch Nets games after they took Yes Network off YouTube TV. Someone provided a service and I paid for it. All the legal problems are in that person's hands. I'm just a customer. LMFAO that's terrible logic.

But I don't think he can get in trouble. That site was run by one guy. I actually met him at a wedding randomly. But it's funny they make so much money.

These leagues just need to make it cheaper and easier. But even then I think people will private it.

Dont need a credit card lol.

They give you their bankaccount number and give you the details you need to put in the transaction.

Then you just wire the money over.

It does take some trust though 🤣

Here in the Netherlands you can get in trouble if you host this stuff.

Mostly a fine i think.

The dudes i buy it from are in belgium.

Its a good bussines if you know what you doing.

Its called IPTV as a whole and their are many apps and devices that can be used.

Funny is that most TVs have these apps in their stores.

You get a server adress with a pw and then you can just watch it like regular TV.
