This doesn’t really ask an answerable question though. There is no context regarding anything about what either player did in route to the ring, the years surrounding those rings, who they beat/what they won with, etc.. question could be is what Kurt Rambis did more impressive than what John Salley did… or Kerr and Rodman both having 5 with two different teams but Rodman obviously contributing a much larger role.

Just another way to word “rings” talk with the context of the discussion not telling you anything other than how many championship teams a player played on.. it’s like the “well X player has 5 rings”, so does every other player who played for 5 championship teams. Is it more impressive to have the career Curry, Klay, or Draymond have?.. we all know the answer to that but given the wording of your question we are calling them all equal.

That’s what I hope too. Yeah, I’m a Blazers lifer, but Memphis has been that long-time side chick I’ve been messing with for years. If Morant, Brooks and Bane can be healthy for the majority of the season, I like their chances.

Lots of different factors of course, but to answer your question, I’ve always thought it was more impressive to do it with different organizations. I think it’s harder to be successful in different systems for a different coach and with vastly different rosters. So many moving parts with that.

With one team, it’s less impressive to me to have success in that system with the same coach and same core roster. Just my two cents on it.

Hopefully JJJ doesn’t miss too much time. Ja is going to have to play at least some form of defense for them to have any shot at winning a conference lol.
