Lakers have been an awful mix of “look decent in transition” and “we have to slow down to play through AD” for like 3 years now lol.

Year 1 was the only roster they had that was capable of playing with the defense, size, passing, experience, shooting, required to play the slow paced force the ball to AD style of play.

Lakers have been an awful mix of “look decent in transition” and “we have to slow down to play through AD” for like 3 years now lol.

Year 1 was the only roster they had that was capable of playing with the defense, size, passing, experience, shooting, required to play the slow paced force the ball to AD style of play.

This sounds like the problem this team had when LeBron first came on. They had those young guys the first year. They actually started out really well. Until about December. Then LeBron got hurt in that Christmas game. Season went to ****. They played a lot of up tempo under Walton.

At this point for me. I want to see LeBron get the record and call it quits [emoji23]. Unless AD is actually going to play like the AD we know. This team ain't going anywhere.

The biggest problem is they don't have enough shooting in my opinion.


Excited for tonight's games. I'm still looking for tickets for tonight's Pels-Nets game.

Funniest part, they showed Delon Wright in a Kings jersey, and Chuck guessed the Kings.

I don’t know why I thought the game was in NO.

Excited to see what type of tempo/pace they play with, especially with Ben out there since. Harden was never crazy about pushing tempo and always wanted to run more half court based stuff instead of running.

Peeped that Seth and Joe are out but could be ready for Friday night.

So Zach LaVine is sitting out tonight's season opener in Miami due to "knee managment." I'm trying not to freak out about this development, but this is not a good look at all coming off signing a max contract man.

So Zach LaVine is sitting out tonight's season opener in Miami due to "knee managment." I'm trying not to freak out about this development, but this is not a good look at all coming off signing a max contract man.

I imagine they’re taking a long term view with him, especially with Ball still not back on the court doing work.

Not ideal obviously but better to be cautious now.

Bulls were probably my favorite team to watch the first month or so of last season and it feels like they just haven’t really been full strength since then. Annoying.
