Embiid got hit with a 3 game suspension wothout pay, starting from the first game he's eligible to play.



So, if they think he's going to be ready soon, might as well say he's eligible tomorrow, so he can be back for the New York game on Tuesday.

And the columnist already received an apology from the Sixers and the Publisher already publicly backed him. It's BS, but he shouldn't put his hands on him. It's one thing if Embiid caught him in the parking lot and no one was around.



But, I do question the teammates/security in the matter. Apparently it went on for about 90 seconds- 2 minutes. If Embiid was getting that loud and frustrated, someone should've stepped in and separated them

Warriors looking nice so far this year...they seem deeper and Buddy Hield has been incredible.

Saying this as they just had another great half, but they have probably been the most impressive team to me. They honestly look a lot like a deeper version of the 2022 team. Winning games without Steph too.

The entire team will be in load management before too long. Forget Embiid, the entire squad might skip back to backs.

Maxey will be reevaluated in a week, but I can see them giving him the 2 weeks. Sixers play 8 games within the next 2 weeks. Embiid will be back in 2 games. Ideally, they can win against the Hornets and try to go on a run when Embiid gets back. We'll see what Jared McCain can do.



The two benefits for the Sixers is that the schedule does 'lighten' up after the Knicks & Cavs back to back next week and Sixers only have 2 B2B before the NBA Cup. Ideally, Embiid will play in those non-B2B games and they will have a lot of 'winnable' games before the NBA Cup week. So, they have a realistic chance to get close to .500 before the NBA Cup. Everything Sixers want to do on both ends is built around Embiid. That's a good and bad thing. It's good because he should be back soon. It's bad because they haven't seemed to figure out how to play without him and there will be a lot of B2Bs. I kind of wish we already had a B2B or 2 already.
