I don't know how much they got exposed. Minnesota was crazy from 3; you can't expect that kind of lights out shooting for the entire series.

I think moving forward in the series I want to see Ant finishing more at the rim.

Lakers, I don't know where to start. Everyone has to play better but especially Reaves. He's a bit of a weakpoint on defense and normally his play in other areas makes up for it but it didn't tonight. And the roleplayers were nonexistent tonight.

I wouldn't be surprised if Lakers win the next game by 15 points.

Been a minute since I have seen Isaiah Thomas, first thought he had a stroke, but it seems it is Bell's Palsy. That sucks.

I hate any and all use of "cook" or "cooked" at this point lol. Unless someone is actually preparing food.

          All use?
I still like it when used sarcastically. Like a person making a fool of themselves and someone tries to stop them I'll drop the "nah let him cook" real quick

That’s kind of how I feel when commentators on WWE shows talk about every current wrestler or match being the best thing ever all the time, or how some person who has been around about 6 years is a “legend”.

Exposed as in all the lakers weaknesses were on full display at the same time yesterday. Point of attack defense, rim protection, rebounding, overall one on one defense abilities, weak bench, lack of penetration abilities, 40 years old Lebron not moving well, AR struggling against tough defenses...

Lakers can play better but I'am not sure that roster can get passed Minnesota. Literaly no margin for error.

OKC obliterating the grizzlies. Kinda expected though.

OKC' s man defense is insane.

After having to read Laker fans gas up Reaves trying to act like he's a 'star,' it'll be nice to see him come down a peg in the playoffs. [emoji38]

I'am guilty of calling Reaves a star because he looked liked like one this season. But he's yet to show he can be one in the playoffs.

If this game doesnt end 136-72, I will feel cheated.

Pathetic showing by the Grizzlies. Getting absolutely destroyed in game one isn't gonna be a confidence booster. SMDH

Apparently they got blown out every game against OKC, so this isn't a surprise. Losing by this much still is a terrible look. Losing by 50 points in the 3rd quarter. Goodness.

He has been very good at times, but how much of that is being on the floor with elite talent (like SD, Luka & LeBron) that take pressure and attention away from him?

Plus, plenty of players struggle come playoff time compared to the regular season.

For guys who like to have the ball in their hands it's sometimes actually harder to play second or third fiddle to high usage rate players. He balled out without AD and without Lebron, he balled out with Lebron and with Doncic on the bench and he still played great after Doncic became the guy. There has been a lot of times where he was the heart of the team making clutch plays on both ends.

I'am sure he'll play better in game two, but he will have to be able to do it consistently in the playoffs or else he becomes a liability as he's hunted on the other end.
