Tonight there was an actual Robert Williams sighting on the court. LOL! Now that's more like what we need from him. 16 rebounds tonight & 16 points & also 4 assists too. He's not had 16 rebounds total dating back to the games he played in last season plus the 1st 3 Summer League games.
We could say tonight's game was the Williams & Williams show. Both played really well so I don't know which one deserves to have their name listed first on their business cards. LOL!

Grant really showed tonight that he can shoot the 3 ball. He's been working really hard in practice & in his extra time on shooting the 3. We know what he can do rebounding & on defense but he hadn't had a solid game from the outside until tonight. 4-5 from 3 with 21 points & 7 rebounds himself.
You did see a bit of his fouling that I had mentioned previously but Grayson Allen had him frustrated & there's no excuse in Allen making those hard fouls. That was his reputation while @ Duke too. He could play but couldn't keep his emotions under control & made hard & aggressive fouls just like he did on Grant tonight.
Tacko looked good tonight too. 12 points, 8 rebounds, & 4 blocks in 17 minutes. I don't think we're going to keep Tacko from what all the reporting is saying but I think Ainge should consider it. However, with the release of Yabu that's more money we have to spend on a FA filler player that's probably going to be a veteran. Tacko I think has a 80%+ chance of being picked up by some team. Maybe it will end up being us in the end but I don't expect it for 2 reasons.
One being we already now have quite a few bigs on what will be the 17-man roster counting the two-ways. Secondly, & like I said before the reports are saying Ainge is looking for a FA veteran more than likely to fill out the roster. To be honest, I would rather us inked Tacko to a two-way contract than Strus but that's just me.
