That is on the coaching staff. Lin is too smart to just not be able to execute adjustments Mike or any other coach make because of the traps. I'd bet anything they haven't been explaining to him what he should do in these situations, just said something along the lines of "good energy out there kid".

my synopsis of the NY Knickerbockers:

        Melo gained too much weight.
        Amare is stealing checks.
        JR is sh!t-for-brains.
AND Jeremy Lin catches all the blame.
        Chicks dig the long ball.

You said it perfectly. I don't think I've seen a superstar player get his shot blocked as much as Melo this season....well except for Amare.

All the pressure is on Carmelo now. The first time he gets an iso for more than two seconds the boos will start raining down. I still support Carmelo but his legacy is on the line during the next several seasons. If Lin doesn't play like he was during the streak, Melo will be blamed. If Novak's stats take a hit, Melo will be blamed. Melo you are getting what you asked for.

I'm really interested in seeing how this effects Lin. His breakouts were a result of D'antoni's PnR. Lets see how he adjusts.

Yes! This is unreal this year, and perfect timing since Tommy Dee was recently talking about this.

Amare has the 5th most rejected FGA's this year, Melo has the 14th most blocked attempts.

Great ****ing game so far. Woodson for Prez!! With Pringles the dictator gone, the Knicks will actually play good ball.

I'm loving the rotations and the effort out there.

Before everyone says "it's just Portland", the knicks have been losing to the shifty teams. So far, so good.

I agree, but it is still Portland, the one team with more in house problems than the Knicks. Let's see how they do in the two games against the Pacers before making judgements one way or the other.

I don't care who it is, I'm in shock that we're up double digits on any team in the league.

Been a busy day @ work. I'm sooo shocked D'Antoni is gone, that I'm speechless. Just got home & see the Knicks blowing the Blazers out.

                                Holy Moly....
