I didn't like how the Knicks finished last night's game (no ball movement/too much iso), but back-to-back wins over Atlanta is nice. Loved the give-and-go between Lopez and Calderon.

How about Porzingis getting in Bazemore's face?

Felt the same. I think about midway through the 3rd Quarter Mike Breen mentioned how we had 8 assists in the quarter and were at 18 for the game at that point. We finished with 20.

Another nice win. RoLo playing great on both ends now, Melo keeps doing the all around things and tonight was extremely efficient, and even Fisher is coaching well shortening the rotation and staggering the starters more.

The ultimate test comes tomorrow night in San Antonio.

Can't ask for more than a wide open corner 3 for the win. Impressive comeback and all around effort.

Winnable stretch of games coming off, now's the time to go on a bit of a run.

Remember when everyone predicted less than 30 wins for this team? Already up to 18 wins.

How about Melo kicking that out to the corner rather than trying to hit a contested pull-up over Kawhi and Ginobili? Says a lot about his growth and trust of his teammates now. We didn't get the result we wanted but he definitely made the right play.

Melo is playing really well over all this year. Rebounding and letting the game come to him. Also nice to see Fisher with a consistent 9 players to establish consistency

Something def changed after the 'Windy City *** whopping' as I call it. Only criticism about last night is I think Fish could have gone back to Taps a little quicker at the tail end of the 4th.

But it still came down to that wide open shot, so I'm good. I was really expecting Melo to force something when he made his move, I was surprised he gave it up. I can live with that outcome.

I'm liking the addition of more PnR on offense, instead of the triangle degrading into nothingness & horrific spacing. But I think the Knicks are 1 more wrinkle away from being a headache night in & night out. Like a 4 out 1 in motion offense, along with the triangle & the PnR (1-3, 1-4, 2-4, 3-4 when the matchup is favorable).

Just spitballin' here. I don't expect additional sets to be added mid-season, but anything to kill the ball stoppage & create much much easier shots would be a godsend.

Great effort against the Spurs. If Fisher was a better coach we win that game. Calderone played the whole 3rd quarter even though he was playing like **** and Galloway was playing great ball. Theres no ****ing reason for this.
And why not call a timeout there and setup for the win?! Because you're afraid of getting out coached? You're down 1 with 10 seconds left with the ball in your hands. What more can you ask for as a coach. SMH.

The 2nd and 3rd quarters were a thing of beauty.

                            I think I said between 30-35 IIRC.

I haven't been watching the games. Just hoping the young guys can develop (Porzingis, Grant, O'Quinn) because they're "supposed to be" players who can stick around for some years. Galloway as well but he should be a no-brainer for a long term contract.

Yup. Galloway should be starting although Calderon has been playing better. At least Gallo is playing most of the 4th qtrs

I don't like that O'Quinn has lost playing time yet again but fisher has found a rotation that works and might as well stick with it.
