Its amazing how Floyd has tuned his body to work at a high rate in the ring. I know the drills seem mundane to most but the results in the ring are undeniable.

Mosley with Bro Nazi in his corner could be the formula that upsets Floyd. Nazi knows boxing, but Mosley has shown he is hard to change. If he listens, he can beat Floyd. But when things get tough, Mosley usually reverts back to himself.

I was thinking the very same thing. Nazzim Richardson and Shane's conditioning will be the determining factor.

Another fight where Oscar threw a lot of punches which 80% didn't land. Something tells me a lot of you guys subscribe to the busy fighter BS. I'm like Teddy Atlast and Manny Stew, clean effective punches should be the rule. You can put all the pressure in the world on a guy and if you're not landing it doesn't mean nothing.

i'm the exact same way as you. Give me clean, effective punching than a lot of work that does nothing. Thats why Pacquiao vs Clottey was so terrible. It was Manny do nothing but Clottey doing even more nothing. Manny just threw punches that didn't land. Clottey just stood there. Floyd hits but doesn't get hit. Look at his face after 40 fights. Look at Mosley's Frankenstein mug. That is one beaten, ugly, plastic surgery worn face.

Oscar caught Floyd plenty of times. The jab especially was making Floyd's neck snap back. Floyd landed the better shots, which is why he won. But Oscar won rounds, landed some good shots, and had a good chance to win the fight.

i like how it takes Oscar stepping on Floyd's foot for him to land such a clean punch.

Loved Mosley's response to Floyd saying he needs money. "I'm partner at Golden Boy (promotions), so basically, I'm writing his check." lmao hahahahha

Shane would like to think that but Oscar is in charge there. Shane and B Hop are just there to stand there, add name recognition and smile. Everyone knows Jin is taking Shane's money in the divorce and Shane is not as set as he wants you to think. This is a guy that needs the money, will not say he needs the money, is living in the past and thinks he can find the fountain of youth for 1 night and shock the world. Naz says that these guys grew up watching Shane, trying to be like Shane, thats just it though, Shane is old and the past, these guys are the present and Floyd is better than Shane.

Shane sounds and looks like he's trying to convince himself he can do it. He wants his Rocky moment while its business as usual for Mayweather. He's just being cocky to sell the fight and play the villian or Apollo Creed role once again because thats what makes money. Then he handles his business in the ring as well.

Floyd is fine, i think the IRS got like $5 million from his last fight so i think he's ok considering he still has his house and his money. But Floyd at least admits he's fighting for money, Shane shouldn't be fighting anymore. The guy has been beaten up so much, just retire, don't hold on too long. I just feel like this is another guy Floyd is going to send into retirement (but unlike De La Hoya, Manny won't be there to step on the throat of a dead body).

I really do like what these guys are doing with the testing. After this there is nothing Manny can really say to make himself look good for not doing this testing when its what the sport needs. The top guys to take a stand and change the way things are done for the better of the sport.

Shane destroyed a guy (Margarito) who was considered the #1 welterweight at the time. He isnt washed up. He may not be good enough to beat Floyd but he isnt washed up.

Regarding Floyd's tax problems, the Irs is reportedly garnishing most of this check too. He may have his house but he needs this fight just as bad as Floyd.

They will both be eating healthy money wise after this fight...

Anyone who thinks Shane is past it does not have a strong grasp of what that means in the sport of boxing...Is Shane as good as he was a decade ago? No, he's clearly lost a step or two but he's far from being done...He's still got gas in that tank, his handspeed is still lightning quick, his power is still there and he's still got that rock of a chin...He displayed all of that against Margarito...

Shane will give Floyd the biggest test of his career on May 1st...

Thats funny, actually the opposite is much more likely, not early but later after shane gets frustrated and reverts back to trying to bull rush. Floyd is such an accurate puncher, he might catch Shane with one good shot in the later rounds
