      Re: Floyd top 10 ever?

Some of you guys need to take a deep breath.

Is PBF an ATG? Of course...this isn't an issue. But Top 10...only from 1980 on. There are just far too many fighters who have incredible resumes, cleaned out divisions, closed shows, etc...and to deny these guys their due is a disgrace. Could PBF get in the Top 10 all-time? No question...but based on his record...he won't put himself through that sort of challenge that would require it.

As I said before the fight, Mosley is GROSSLY OVERRATED, a former cheater, and also on the downside of his career. He built his entire career on beating Oscar and freaking Fernando Vargas. He was owned twice each by the Viper and Winky. He went life and death with Ricardo Mayorga and ONLY got the PBF fight because he got to fight a clean Margocheato.

What will always hurt PBF's resume, along the same lines of Foreman's second career and Tyson's...is everything is so calculated and hand picked (and he did lose the first JLC fight..go back and score it on mute).

PBF will beat Pac...and he will beat him handily...and he would have beat Pavlik as well if he would have (and should have) made that fight. But PBF would not beat Paul Williams (or Sergio Martinez)...

Subjectively...and it is the only thing I don't like about PBF (except for his willingness to challenge his undefeated record), is he doesn't close the show. He has dead men walking in front of him and he needs to take them out. If Fatton wasn't so sloppy...that fight would have gone the distance.

Why do you think PBF wouldn't beat PW or SM?
