    GGG/Lemieux full face off.

I really wish HBO would do face offs more.

I saw that three days ago. It was good, but not as intense as Sergio-Cotto.

Yes, I also wish they'd do more of them.

Finally saw Matthysse-Postol on ON DEMAND. Nice little right hand to end it but the old "accumulation of punches" was in play in that fight. The guys seemed to hinting at Crawford-Postol...that would be interesting.

prediction for the GGG fight: on paper this COULD be a good fight, but i think GGG will be looking to make a statement. in recent fights i think GGG has been looking to get in some "work" for a few rounds before taking out his opponent. i don't think he does that vs LeMieux. i'm thinking GGG goes for it from the opening bell and takes LeMieux out in 3 rounds or less. just a hunch........

^I could see it being a short night too, plus the fact that lemiux is gonna come straight at GGG so he's gonna be walking into a lot of punishment.

Fonfara beats Cleverly 116-112, 116-112, 115-113. A wild one that broke the CompuBox light heavyweight record for much punches thrown and most punches landed. Cleverly might have broke his nose in the mid rounds.

It's a cliche but Lemieux has a puncher's chance. But he can punch. And he does come smoking.

But I say GGG anywhere from rounds 3 to 5.

ggg wants to make a statement with his first ppv. what better way to win over fans but by an early knockout? doesn't necessarily have to be early, but it would set up for the cotto-canelo winner nicely. my prediction is IF cotto somehow beats canelo AND ggg, floyd comes out of retirement for a rematch and his 50th. reason: demand plus he's beaten cotto before and i'm sure he wants to go out big rather than by dud like he did with berto. it's clear floyd wants no part of ggg and the canelo fight was not that close. cotto gave floyd fits in their bout so it would be interesting to see how he would fare with roach in his corner. i'm curious as to why floyd gave maidana a quick rematch after a close fight but never gave cotto one or de la hoya one, for that matter.

I'd be shocked if Cotto agreed to fight GGG. His bare minimum ask would be at 154 but I don't even think he'd even ask. I don't necessarily agree that GGG is going to try to make a statement. He'll do his thing and take the KO when it comes. There has to be some respect for Lemieux's power. No telling what Floyd does.

They just showed Donald Trump visiting GGG's dressing room. Trump said "Your the best" among other pleasantries, and they shook hands.

Luckily GGG isn't the best english speaker so that conversation can't be held against him.

Heavyweight Luis Ortiz just flattened his opponent. Max, Jim, and Roy all agree he's a threat to Klitschko.

4-0 GGG after 4. He hurt Lemieux with a left hook to the face in the 4th.

Lemieux knocked down in the 5th from a body shot.

Lemieux gets some good shots in in the 6th. GGG takes them but despite being down 6-0 Lemieux is throwing thunder.

EDIT: Lemieux is still dangerous after 7.
