Both fights he had against Ronda were good fights. Probably the two best I have seen out of all of them.

I have a question....how do the "game plan" modifiers impact gameplay and where do they get implemented...in career, exhibition, online etc.
i dont play online much and wanted cafs for my league. not all of us are devoid of imagination and want to use the default roster with completely inaccurate move sets. If we had enough spots id make my own realistic jon jones without the cartwheel nonsense for starters. There are no cafs in online ranked anyway so whats your problem with them. maybe inform yourself fully before you comment. You may not use them but i dont play career mode so it should have been omitted because i personally dont use it.

I can't say I really give a damn about the CAF limit or a fighter not having a logo on their shirt during their walkout. The only things of that ilk that I'm disappointed in is that there aren't walkouts for three-round bouts and that some fighters don't seem to actually have their walkout music. What really concerns me is what happens in the cage, because that's all that really matters to me in the end. The stamina loss (or lack thereof) and "MMAi" are serious problems that have to be addressed. If this is what MMAi is supposed to be, then it completely sucks.
Yeah I hope so to. Unless they front-loaded the patch and its there in advance of release, hopefully a bigger patch is coming on the real day one

Yep both Rousey fights were the best fights. Rousey finished both with an armbar. I don't really question her MMAi, but others I have to scratch my head.

Down on the scorecards, look for the AI to end the fight with a knockout or a submission. A smarter opponent equals a more challenging and unpredictable fights.

Is this not in the game then?
i dont think it ever was. Knew these guys were liars when they started saying pc couldnt handle their games only next gen. whatever

Anyways, still playing Undisputed 3 and the gameplay is light years ahead. Gameplay-wise, my biggest gripe is that when you punch someone it literally feels as though you are slapping someone with some paper. No weight behind it and no pop nothing. Game looks great. That is all. What's with the over-the-top easy-to-do moves?! LOL! Seriously is this what we wrestling fans like to call a "spot-fest". Pretty ridiculous stuff I am seeing thus far. Hope to see something A LOT more sim with A LOT more custom fighter options in the next game they do (would rather EA just hand it over to 2K - then again their Don King boxing game sucked major balls). Sliders could fix a lot of this but the punches are hilarious as well as the stamina which is insane that the CPU still has an insane gas tank and seemingly can fight forever without getting tired. So much wrong with this game. I will just stop here so I don't get labeled a troll or something. Shame since this game was #1 on my list since news of EAs acquisition came. Shame shame. Cancelled pre-order about 15 minutes ago and I suppose now I can finally finish the quest for 100% on UFC 3 Also starting to think that anything associated with Brian Hayes will be arcadey.
fellow caf whore here. i bought a ps4 just for this thing so imagine how i feel. i am making a list of ten guys per weight class but it still isnt enough not even close. I wanted every fighter i liked in this game as i never play career modes and think making myself for career mode is ridiculous. These companies are lost. Look at 2k and their myplayer youtube commercial with kd. Seriously who really plays my player. I like using real players and all of them that is why i play it on pc along with the wnba and ncaa mods. but there will be no mods in this game because my 700 dollar 780 apparently is not strong enough. should have left bruce lee out and gave another caf spot.

I don't get it. Why do people get satisfaction for creating their own fighters that would never match the real life MMA fighters, let alone act, fight, and behave like a real MMA fighters. Why not leave this for the developers? Do you get satisfaction by pretending they're real? lol

Looking like Ill pick this up used or discounted after seeing impressions here and streams on PS4. I wont trust EA with patches, in FNC, they patched it where the game play was great, especially with stamina. Didnt stop them from changing it back because people were complaining about their boxers being too tired. Not a big fan of UFC, but I know fights are shorter, dont understand why it would be hard to implement until you realisze there is a reason to it.

they play better when you fight against them. the movesets in this game are unrealistic and need to be changed. the developers cant do their job right. i would explain the way mods on pc work but im sure you dont use any. here is a quick summary. nba 2k14 on next gen covers the season of 2013-2014 nba 2k 14 on pc (with added next gen graphics mods optional of course) cover the nba seasons from 1951-2014 before and after the aba merger with every jersey, player, court, coach, mascot, stadium, uniform, warm ups, arena, pictures and cyber faces but no lets leave it to the developers for that huh. the modded faces made by the community look better and are a higher resolution than 2k next gen. Take a look at next gen larry bird on the one and only 86 team he is on (on pc he is available from the 1979-1992 seasons and on the 92 dream team on pc only though) and the poor excuse for hair they gave him.

point is give the fans the tools and they make something better every time because they are passionate about it. why are you reading impressions about the game if you are just going to be a yes man and buy it anyway. leave this thread for those with issues not those that just accept whatever comes to them from the developers that they should be in awe of like you are. Im glad I dont have your way of thinking of thinking because you seem like a generic person that listens to the top 8 at 8 instead of making your own mix cd. Why bother you cant do a better job than the radio djs because they are professionals even though you only need to cater to yourself. Why bother when someone else can do it for you.

Honestly I did not expect the retail AI to be any different from the demo. EA decided to aim this type of gameplay squarely at the drunk mouth breathing UFC fans that always boo at the actual events whenever the fight goes to the ground or shout "stop hugging and fight!". The fighter move sets from the demo and from the streams are ridiculous. Hell why stop with cartwheel kicks, spinning roundhouse bicycle kicks, power slams, and super man jabs they should have upped the ante and allow elbow drops from the top of the cage.

I'm so disappointed. This was the game I was the most looking forward to this year and unless they patch the living crap out of this game I will just bypass it.

Most of the people in the game that the developers made don't even fight like their real life counterparts so what's your point?
