This is an outrageous amount of GLARING omissions. pretty unbelievable amount of relevant players, and here's a few more to add to that list if you care to,

LW: Darrell Horcher, Drakkar Klose,
FW: Jason Knight, Tom Duquesnoy
BW: Rani Yahya, and ranked guys like Pedro Munhoz & Rob Font

Plus a bunch of other guys who have been on the roster long enough, with enough wins but aren't too high profile. I'm too steamed too include them ATM, lol. But seriously, letdown of a roster so far, which I'm sure will continue as they reveal the others.

Yes, biggest disappointment so far, even more than the lack of clinch depth

This has killed a lot of hype for me. I at least expected a more current roster, but this seems much older than the September cut off. Not good when a roster feels dated before it's even released. They did a much better job last time.

Hopefully the rest of the divisions make up for it but outlook is not good given what we have so far. I'm lowering my expectations.

At 1st my expectations of the roster were ridiculous high I thought we would get something like 300-350 fighters at launch(something like the jump we got from UFC1 to 2)

Then they revealed we would get 260-270 fighters and I didn't even bother much I was like Ok it´s alright

But when they revealed the FLW and BW division I knew something was wrong, I felt trolled in the begging I thought to myself, nah this can't be it, they got to be kidding, I grabbed my EA UFC 2 disc and looked at the FLW and BW roster and it had a lot more fighters

Brian Ortega needs cornrows.



Jeremy Stephens has had a full beard and hipster comb over cut for a long long time now.



Bobby Green has a shaved head and crazy head tattoos.



Ross Pearson hasn't had a shaved head in like 4 years..



Diego Sanchez hasn't had a mohawk in like 4 years..

too late, I already slit the wrists. But seriously, is anyone bothered enough to at least wait to buy the game until it drops in price over these omissions? I doubt anyone would go far enough to boycott but this lack of a roster is a real WTF

Its frustrating but only to hardcore MMA fans like me. I dont think many people are going to consider not buying the game because Rani Yahya or Erik Koch or Alexandre Pantoja isnt in the game at launch.

They added around 20 fighters last time through DLC. If they add the same amount, I only see about 10-20 active fighters left who I would add.

I already pre-order it on the PSN Store.

The roster reveal thus far looks like I just opened a bag of chips, I'm like WTF this is it? where da fuuk is the roster at bruh

An updated roster is most of the reason for me to buy a new game.

The striking changes are pretty much whatever to me. I have plenty of fun playing UFC 2. An updated roster is an extremely big deal for me.

We aren't even halfway through the reveal and we are missing so many fighters, and the fighters we do have have 4 year old character models. That's just crazy to me.


Been waiting so long for this. Have had so many conversations with my league friends about what fighters we are gonna use. What fighters we are most excited to play as. So much hype. So much. And half the fighters we have been talking about aren't even in the game....

Insane levels of disappointment so far.

I'm too much of a hardcore MMA fan not to buy it. What else am I gonna do? Like, I have no choice really. So yeah sure, i'm buying it day 1, but i'm seriously praying we get some rockin' DLC down the road.

With the omissions so far only 20 DLC fighters won't do the trick, I can only hope they will raise the bar this time. 30 DLC fighters would be the ideal

I'll even forgive the 4 year old models at this point
