Thank you!!! Everyone saying Reem has a glass chin, go look at the Mark Hunt fight recently. He took some bombs from the super samoan and kept on coming. That's a very recent example of his at least average chin.

When you have to use a guy getting hurt in a fight as an example of him having an average chin... You know he does not have an average chin lol. And if "kept on coming" means looking panicky then yeah.

Also, Arlovski has a 97 speed stat. Which is the tied highest in the division with JDS and quite far above the rest of the division (even the top guys). Not sure if someone on the team is a sucker for nostalgia or if they're seeing something I'm not

Someone like Max Holloway has an incredible chin that's very noticeable at FW, despite there not being a ton of KOs in that division when compared to heavyweight.


Alistair may have his fair share of KOs, but he has had a long career and also fights at the highest and most powerful weight class as a striker and I just haven't seen anything that makes me say he has a glass chin compared to other heavyweights in his own division.

How about the 100 times he was winning a fight but got hit with 1 clean shot and then lost? How many other HW's have that issue? He also gets hurt in nearly every fight he wins. The Werdum one too which was also recent.

Take the Stipe/Ngannou fight... Put Overeem in front of any of the shots either fighter was taking and he's going unconscious. Cain/JDS. Etc.

Hunt hit him with a few elbows but I don't remember him ever hitting him very clean with a punch.

Overeem and Arlovski need to have the lowest chin rating. They almost always get rocked by any good shot. Even glancing blows hurt them

Bigfoot Silva rocked Overeem with a shot he blocked to start the flurry. Ben Rothwell rocked Overeem with the first punch (short uppercut IIRC) that he landed and knocked him down with a glancing blow to the temple.


Being an Arlovski or Overeem fan will make you nervous throughout the whole fight because you know they can go down at any point. It doesn't matter how dominant they are, one shot will change the tides. Arlovski put one of the biggest beatdowns against Browne, got hit once and almost finished. Overeem has too many examples to list

My personal opinion is that Reem having a glass chin is just kind of an exaggeration that's been drawn out over time, but you're definitely entitled to your opinion and I don't think there's anywhere for us to go in that debate. You actually make some good points, but I'm just in the belief that it's not significant enough proof to merit giving him a glass chin as opposed to an average or possibly below average chin

My personal opinion is that Reem having a glass chin is just kind of an exaggeration that's been drawn out over time, but you're definitely entitled to your opinion and I don't think there's anywhere for us to go in that debate. You actually make some good points, but I'm just in the belief that it's not significant enough proof to merit giving him a glass chin as opposed to an average or possibly below average chin

I'd say there's more proof for Overeem than anyone on the roster, really, but yeah.

As far as Elkins... I agree. Idk what his heart rating is but that should be real high too. One of the highest on the game.

Bektic should have better stats too but I feel like that's a tough battle because he doesn't have names on his resume. Guys like that will have their stats changed during the cycle of the game for sure.

Yeah Bektic needs so more names before I’m down with a buff. I felt like he was ok based on who he fought.

Yeah exactly! I'm not sure how it's justified that Nog has an 85 chin!

He had one of the best chins ever for the majority of his career?

Heck even at the end he was still walking through clean Roy Nelson bombs before succumbing to them.

I feel like I can't punish guys enough on mistakes with him.

Everything else about him I am fine with.
