Dillashaw threw over a hundred more strikes than Cruz in their fight, and has thrown over double what Garbrandt threw against Cruz twice (Cruz and Soto fights). Like, Garbrandt's pace is lower than Lineker's pace by a pretty wide margin (8ish strikes per minute for Garbrandt, 12ish strikes per minute for Lineker) but Garbrandt's striking stamina is 6 points higher than Lineker's.

Cody Garbrandt does not fight at a particularly high pace, and Cruz does not fight at a higher pace than Dillashaw, but they both have higher striking stamina than TJ and Cruz has higher grappling stamina and endurance too. Does anybody understand this?

I don't understand either. I posted something similar for Lineker. The only fighter to have more strike output than Lineker over 5 rounds is TJ. 88 strike stamina / 88 endurance for Lineker is way off especially compared to the rest of the fighters in BW who have similar or better stats. I will say the strike stamina and endurance stats for Cruz/TJ/Garbrandt all feel similar in gameplay. Lineker, you can't emulate is pressure style with the current stats.

Reduce Ferguson's bottom game from 98 to 93.

He's good off his back, but not that good. He already has great subs and a great moveset... a 93 would still reflect his beastly bottom game. With his cardio, moveset, subs, and bottom game rating, he's definitely OP. Tuning the bottom game to 93 would be a start.

He really hasn't proven his bottom game to be more impressive than Khabib's top game (as the game stats reflect; 98 to 97). Danny Castillo held him down, Kevin Lee dominated top position in the first round. I mean he's got scrap in him, but it really comes from his cardio and moves. Which the game already reflects.

Let’s see what Ferg does against Khabib first shall we... will definitley have enough footage to judge his bottom game on.

Also bottom game isn’t about ‘being held down’ as you put it

I swear Tony Ferguson has some extra power under the hood that they don't show on the screen lol. His hands seem powerful as hell.

I'm not going to get into stats, but I really wish that punching and kick stats were separate. Being further rated by each limb would be even better. I don't like this all-inclusive striking and power stats that we have now.

Alexander Volkovs bottom game needs to be buffed a bit, he survived being on the mat with the best BJJ HW ever, never really came close to being subbed. Showed great defence.

I would like the reasoning behind Anderson Silvas poor ratings. Specifically his stamina and health ratings.. I have seen nothing to indicate a low stamina rating in any of his last fights since coming back from injury. I have rewatched them all trying to look at them objectively without bias and still saw the same thing. The Bisping fight he did slow down in the 4th and 5th rounds but adrenalin dump is a real thing and after thinking you just won by knockout in the 3rd just to be told the fight wasnt over would do that to anybody. The diaz fight he out worked diaz in the later rounds. The DC fight he took on 48 hrs notice and was held down for almost a full 15 minutes but was able to defend himself just fine. Even showing flashes of still having power and speed at the very end of the fight once it got stood up.. The brunson fight, controversial decision aside, silva did not look gassed or out of shape what so ever...

In regards to his health ratings. He has a terrible chin. Considering he has only been knocked out once in his career i dont understand this. Infact we have rarely ever seen silva in any real danger.. the punch that clipped his chin from bisping put rockhold to sleep. Silva recovered immediately. Brunson who by your ratings has 93 power and level 2 heavy hands... silva ate 10+ hard winding uppercuts with little to no affect on him...

The only real argument for his stamina is hes not an active striker hes a counter puncher who sits and waits for his opponent to throw, but this is misleading.. he is constantly moving, circling, bobbing, weaving, feinting, ect.. he doesnt just stand there flat footed and stagnant waiting. He is trying to entice his opponent to strike so he can counter.. Which brings me to my next point.. How in the world does he not have the counter puncher perk???? He is arguably the best counter puncher of all time in any combat sport. The argument could be made for level 4 or 5 and he doesnt have it at all...

I think his ratings were based off of a tarnished legacy due to failed tests, and age that has shown, but not the way your ratings are implying...

As a tried and true Anderson fanboy, I agree. Especially his chin stat. In his prime, he ate flush shot after flush shot. He got caught once, taunting, by a monster Weidman hook and KO'd. ONCE. And now he has a sub 90 chin? Doesn't make sense to me.

Stamina is also weird. I think it might've been done, as you said, to encourage a counter fighting style, but it makes for poor balance considering he is one of the greatest strikers of all time and doesn't have any ground control or wrestling stats to speak of. Basically, if you're using Anderson, you're trying to strike someone until they're dead, and if you don't have the stamina to do that you have nothing to work with.

Yeah... if you get a chance to go through and look, compare his chin to others and prepare to get really mad... the same chin as rockhold who has been knocked out cold in 2 of his last 3 and 4 times in his career.... compared to silvas ONE 6 fights ago.... Also broke his leg on a fluke perfectly timed leg check now all of a sudden his legs are made of glass... 81 leg health rating with 80 being the lowest it could go??? Smh... Then i look at the guys that have the counter puncher perk lol... i just dont understand...

This kind of reminds me that the game gives Nate Diaz and Silva extremely low leg health stats because of Silva breaking his leg and Diaz never checking leg kicks. Just because they sustained a large amount of damage to their leg, shouldn't mean they should have low leg health in the game. If anything, it shows their ability to take more damage than the average fighter without checking ( mainly in the case of Diaz ) but lowering Silvas leg health because he broke his leg is pretty distasteful in my opinion. His legs have looked fine since the Weidman fight.

Nobody is asking for good fighters in their "prime" to be rated lower... we are asking for fighters to be rated based on their past performances and that isnt how its being done. especially in silvas case... so basically because he is past his prime his ratings have to be lower than fighters in their prime??? Lol thats just stupid...
