For prior patches did we hear about fighters before the patch arrived? I know they did for the last patch (Kimbo etc) but not too sure about the rest of them.

We've known for over a week. The patch is coming Thursday.

Nope. The only time we find out is if a special move is attached to the fighter and GPD mentions the move (Ex. Kimbo and Saki)

Thursday where? Sorry, that sounds stupid but I live in New Zealand so like Thursday pacific standard time? Or Is it in like 48 hours? Any help would be greatly appreciated thanks

I wonder how the block counters work out, hopefully this will continue to grow and allow for more anti combo gameplay, i mean that as a positive. Hopefully it expands to allows lead hook from southpaw to be a counter for a rear hook from orthodox, example tj vs cody who drops his hand to throw a rear hook. This also with the reintroduction of parrys for straight punches.

Patches always drop around 1-2pm PST. I dont know what time that is in New Zealand.

I'm in Victoria, Australia and they drop at 3-5am on the day after the American date, so if the patch is expected on Thursday, we usually get it at like 3am Friday morning.

Or thereabouts, timezones kill my brain.
