And regarding FIFA/PES argument, I couldn't disagree more about FIFA being more realistic. Being European, I have a lot of diehard football fans and not one of them has said that they prefer FIFA because it is more realistic.

Bro.... Your switching your position. Competitive players do want this. I took LOTS of backlash. Know why? I bitched about this on the forum everyday. I made seeeeeeeevvvveral threads on footwork buffs. If there was a reason people dont listen to you its because your acting ignorant

Again I will say this a 3rd time, a lot of yous dont, I know this from posting about it since day 1, I provided evidence of this with the backlash from top competitive players not agreeing with me, I posted a link to numerous threads showing this. I'm not acting ignorant as I have gotten some changes implemented into to this game.

Aside from the abominable striking from Elias Theodorou, his lateral shuffle is a decent example to use for what should be added in game. He sucks with everything else though, in my opinion he could be an example with everything that could go wrong with UFC 4 adding shuffling with the way he fights

A better example from a better striker would Moicano against Stephens.






We also need to be able to STRIKE fluidly after pivots:




And overall, just more Fluidity in general with these maneuvers to circle out.

Yeah Brunson was another demonstration on how to handle runners. Elias on his bike for most of that fight and Brunson still managed to cut him off and land takedowns.

Maybe we could have a power modifier to govern movement and power/speed of movement and strikes too. Need more ways to be defensive in general. Like rhythm manipulation. You shouldnt be really taxed for circling imo if the fighter has good cardio. Mcgregor should circle less than barboza

The comp players who post here id agree. But those players are the minority in the competition scene. Most never heard of os like ek diaz nextz swiftt trickz warrior 472 and many others. Id liken these players here to the punch flick advocates in ud3 and they know it. A big problem with pressure too is how overpowered combinations are and how most counters require anticipation instead of reaction.

I should be able to do things like setup strikes with lead hand control. I should be able to circle like conor gus or cruz for alot of ufc fighters circling out of the way is primary defense. Footwork is better but not close to realistic. I should be able to hit players oh a t angle.

Currently when you major lunge to either side after scoring a hit stun your opponent doesn't need to reset to hit you .

Backing out of the pocket in a straightline is suicide in real life .
