I think referee interaction needs to be added in. It's too unrealistic the way it is now, where you ground and pound your opponent and he just goes limp and you stand up and the fights over. It needs to be more realistic where you're pounding on him and he turtles up and the ref steps in and pulls your fighter off. In a real MMA fight , fighters usually keep going until the ref jumps in

- Camera in the first person.
- More long term stamina drain for block and sways strikes.
- A full Spectrum Punch control similar to FNC (I know this is near impossible, but I,m very nostalgic).

Re: Day 1 patch and release build suggestions
Stopping power
Random moment's eye gouge, groin strike etc.
Referee interactions
Doctor stopages
No auto get up when knocked down
Create tension if the fight goes to the judges
Touch gloves on the fly like ea mma
Ref should intervene when getting hit on ground rather then just being knocked out whilst guarding?
No health bars show in submission there should be feedback through the controller like ea mma.
Pull guard on the fly
Less stun moment's but more power so people will think rather then button mash.
Ai should also fight like there real life counter part's e.g connor mcgregor would never go for a sub.
Punches need to be less accurate and not homing missiles like they are now more like fight night champions.Comment

Re: Day 1 patch and release build suggestions
for kicks, change the controls to how they used to be. it was weird throwing lead leg kicks with the back leg input (think switch kick)
have the fighters actually plant when they move instead of gliding around. UFC 2 did a great job of this. makes it feel like their feet are actually on the ground.
restore the ability for us to be able to transition in both sub and dom postured up positions
online tournament modes
the option to turn off the opponents HUD in offline and Quick Fight (think when you cant see your opponents hud after div 5 in UFC 3)
add in a hud for the clinch so it is easier to grasp as we learn in real time
a broadcast camera
Sent from my Infinix X604 using Operation Sports mobile app
Might I add the option to turn off the Grappling HUD too or separate HUD settings for each player in 1 vs 1 online in custom fight now .Last edited by rabbitfistssaipailo; 07-19-2020, 12:49 PM.Comment

Re: Day 1 patch and release build suggestions
I don't know if this would work but I want them to remove head movements while blocking and replace it with different options for defense. Like blocking one side of your head or adding parries all while using the R2 button. This will allow you to set up your opponent in different ways then just mixing high and low strikes.
R2 Weak Block
R2 Right stick up to parrie straight but open for round strikes
R2 Right Stick to the left to block left side
R2 Right Stick to the right to block right side
R2 Right Stick down to block both sides of the head but open down the middle. Like Justin Gaethje block in UFC 3
R2 + Right Stick left or right

Re: Day 1 patch and release build suggestions
I would like to be able to chain pushes into strikes still. This was removed from what I could tell.
Moving laterally and throwing a body kick doesn't cause any hit reactions now either, whereas before it did have a decent chance to do so.
Damage needs to go up and stamina needs adjusted to decrease the volume.Last edited by InverseMMA; 07-30-2020, 09:33 PM.Comment

Re: Day 1 patch and release build suggestions
I'd honestly love a graphical update where they make the fighters less shiny and more flat until they start sweating throughout the fight.Comment

I'd also like the trunks black color a little deeper black since it looks gray in the game.Comment

Re: Day 1 patch and release build suggestions
I’d check to make sure the black levels on your console and tv are set to the same value (full or limited). I haven’t noticed this tbh...precision beats power and timing beats speed... and realism beats meta.Comment
