Shields' eyes were about ready to roll back when the bell went.

I just watched a fight where Jake Shields won every round to take an unanimous decision. Didn't see anyone get choked out.

Be serious. Shields was done right as the bell sounded. 2 or 3 more seconds and he would've been completely out.

Shields completely dominated him and had the heart to wait out a 12 second choke.

I know Miller wooed you with his dancing but he clearly lost.

Shields completely out-grappled Miller...except for the time he would have been choked out if not for arbitrary time limits.

Listen, no one's saying Miller should get this on the scorecards. But if this was one continuous 25-minute fight, Miller wins. He would have choked out Shields. That doesn't go in the record books obviously, but we don't have to completely erase it from our minds, either.

I don't understand the point that Timmay is making that Miller RNC'd Shields. Did he finish it in time? No.

Shields wasn't that impressive but he out wrestled Miller and won the fight.
