After watching Rogers pounding Fedor on the ground in the first, I get the feeling that Brock would just smash the Last Emperor.

That was probably about as well as that second round could have gone for Strikeforce. The spectacular KO will make people forget that Fedor was struggling with a guy not in his league and it will get people talking. It's sure to make SportsCenter tonight.

It ends when there's some legit people behind Fedor and a deal can be negotiated with him. I think Dana would love to have him in the UFC to help out some of the cards. I've never bought a PPV sporting event, but I would immediately plunk down the cash to see Fedor v. Lesnar

This Rogers guy is not yet a top-notch heavyweight and had Fedor in some serious trouble in round 1.

Fedor has never had great takedown defense, and certainly not the takedown defense needed to stop someone like Brock. It would be a lot like the Brock/Mir fight, can Brock pound Fedor out before Fedor throws on one of those hail mary arm bars? I'd say flip a coin.
