Curiosity, when you say "they" who are you talking about exactly? If Diego loses one fight and suddenly loses all confidence then he really shouldnt be fighting. Diego for sure was dominated but he hung in there against a guy that was considered the best LW in the world so its not like he went out there and got beat by some can.

Diego left light weight because people in that division has too much rounded skill for him. So now he went back to welterweight were he can at least have a good showing with some in this division.

In reality Deigo has always been over rated for the past 3 or 4 years now. He dominated against cans in the beginning, but everytime he fights somebody with just as much or more skill as he does, he LOSES.

Lost against Fitch, Koshcheck, BJ Penn and now lost against Hathaway. To me lightweight is the best weight class for him. Welterweight is stacked with bigger guys then him.
