I checked Silva's net worth last month... when it's all added up its around 18 million. I think he will be ok if this was his last fight, but the slow mo replay just looked nasty.

he didn't go out there and break the leg on purpose, he did what you are supposed to do, he checked the kick with his knee/shin and Silva took the risk that it happens if it is defensed correctly

Yeah, that's it for Anderson's career.

Great career, one of the best of all time. MMA is a young man's sport and Weidman was a horrible matchup for him. Just like the last fight, Weidman wins every single minute of every single round.

You know what though? I think styles make fights... and we might never know what would have happened if these two went a few rounds minus a freak accident or Silva showboating and getting knocked out.

I don't see Weidman holding onto that belt for long. I mean he looks good and well rounded but something just tells me another great that was beat by Silva will best Weidman.

The Tate Rousey fight was great though.

man I just missed finishing in the top 50 for the year in UFC pickem, ended up #51 and 63%
