Oh man, this is sad.
All-around, Kurt has been one of, if not THE best in the business year in and year out. This is a sad day for wrestling fans.
Hopefully he can get healthy and come back in the future, because a talent like his shouldn't be lost due to health issues.Comment

Meltzer's rumor aside, if it is in fact his health, it's already going to ruin his life after wrestling if it actually forced him out of his contract. Most people don't realize that wrestlers are NEVER healthy, and the good ones sacrifice their body for love of the industry...it's almost unavoidable to a certain degree. So that said, and from what Angle has already said about his neck, that poor guy will forever be in pain and will always have to overcome it if he decides to come back. One of the absolute greats in the history of wrestling...damn.

I totally smell a work. Not that he wasn't released, and has issues, but I just see this being turned into a work.

This one touches a little close to home for me for some reasons. And it's about time all this crap ends.
Internet dirts sheets are rumors. That's it. 95% of the stories are made up by some half-arse wannabe reporter who thinks he should be writing for the New York Times. And they suck all of you people into it.
Angle left for personal reasons. He is not sick, he is not dying. Why in the hell does everyone need to know why? Seriously, what these guys have going on in their lives is none of ANYONE'S business besides their employer and their family.
You know that post I put up in the general wrestling forum? Candy and others (and yes, I'm naming you Candy because you seem to have lead the spoiler charge around here): TAKE THE HINT...I'm not posting it because you guys upset me. I'm posting it because you guys believing that crap really gets under my skin.
Oh, and BTW, this thread is one of the reasons Angle is taking time off. Not this thread directly, but I've said enough. Figure it out on your own...Comment

You are absolutely right about this but when something like this happens fans always want to know why especially when it happens out of the blue like this. When I saw the news on wwe.com I didn't think it was a work(hopefully it is) so thats why I posted it here because I know there are a lot of wrestling fans who post here. I think most wrestling fans like myself have a lot of respect and admiration for Angle and they way he busts his a$$ everytime he is in the ring to try and put on the best possible match he can and we wish him the best.Comment
