Re: The OS WWE 'Dirt' Thread
People were mostly shocked but understood that if anyone could beat the streak, it would've been Lesnar. No one has ever been in the WWE with his size, speed and athleticism.--
Have you ever wanted to coach or play basketball at the next level, but something prevented you from achieving that dream? Fret no more. Ask me about SimWorld Hoops to see how you can create your virtual self, and follow your path from the prep-level to the pros.

Re: The OS WWE 'Dirt' Thread
I was one of those people who was upset. But I do believe that after I calmed down haha I said that as long as they let him use that to go on to bigger things I would be ok with it.

Re: The OS WWE 'Dirt' Thread
Who then drops the belt immediately to Rollins, seems like a weird possible outcome. Better off just having Cena or Lesnar win both times opposed to splitting it with a MITB cash in thrown in, that is if they want to keep the whole fewer title changes thing going
Although I guess in this rumored scenario it can set up a Cena/Rollins match if Lesnar then ditches out for a few months.Last edited by Chrisksaint; 07-14-2014, 01:35 PM.Saints, LSU, Seminoles, Pelicans, Marlins, LightningComment

Re: The OS WWE 'Dirt' Thread
They'd be better off having Lesnar win, retain once and then announce he had nothing more to accomplish and retire the following night on Raw.
Then he can return during WM season and challenge the Champion into WM.Comment

Re: The OS WWE 'Dirt' Thread
If Brock Lesnar wins the belt at Summerslam, there is no circumstance where he shouldnt carry it allllll the way to Mania. Not even Seth RollinsComment

Re: The OS WWE 'Dirt' Thread
It'll never happen, but part of me would like to see Lesnar win the belt and hold it for a really long time - longer than a year, maybe even two - even as a part-timer. Basically have Paul Heyman do the same thing he's doing now, being Lesnar's advocate, lining up challenges for Lesnar months in advance at the big PPVs (i.e. _not_ Battleground, lol), and his client vanquish all of them for a long time.
Just build up his character to astronomical heights after he beat The Undertaker.
I don't know what the WWE does in the meantime essentially without the top title in the company on TV, though, which is why this can never work.

Re: The OS WWE 'Dirt' Thread
Now it was dumb to debut as a face? Jeez are we going to do anything to try to blame everything on those in charge?
Backstage, the fans, and the wrestler all are reasons a guy either fails or succeeds. Sometimes it just doesn't work out for everyone, nature of the business.
The guys who run the wrestling business aren't anywhere close to infallible. If they were, 90% of Raw wouldn't be terrible almost every week. I might not be able to book a wrestling show, but I know bad TV when I see it.Comment

Only way it would ever happen is if they had another belt they could use as a headliner on the off months, and we know how that's going.Comment

That, and they just stripped the previous champion for not defending the title in a timely manner. I do think the Lesnar idea is really good, though.Currently Playing:
