Yeah, he was the youngest person to ever sign with the E at the time.

I don't know what's up with Colt. I remember reading he was squashed a few weeks back in OVW, haven't seen anything since. They should bring him up right now and put him on ECW. Or maybe Raw and put him with Regal. I don't know why, but I think those two would be great together.

I don't see Bret Hart ever coming back, but I've been surprised before. I am honestly shocked he hasn't shown up on TNA.

Re: The OS WWE 'Dirt' Thread

Bret Hart really won't show up on a show to be a manager, it would pain him too much because he'd want to be in the ring, doing what he does best.

Why on TNA, McMahon and Hart have cleared things up between them for the most part.

are they seriously going to do that, or is it just a hope of yours?

If they seriously do that I would be so hyped. It would be a perfect way to get 3 new performers on the show and it's a gimmick that couldn't fail.

Teddy Hart told someone from Slam Wrestling about it around the time WSX got taken off the air. Who knows if it'll happen or not, but we can all hope.

if they could somehow get Bret to be on the mic as the manager of the new Hart Foundation, that would be even crazier.

Still, these 3 will easily be over if they use that Hart name, at least to begin. Then they have to prove their mic and wrestling skills of course, but fans will love them off the bat.

WWE News: WWE changes SmackDown! philosophy

WWE has once again changed the philosophy behind its weekly Friday Night SmackDown! telecast.

According to the Wrestling Observer Newsletter, WWE no longer views SmackDown! as the "wrestling" show and wants it booked more in accordance with the RAW template.

WWE officials point to the shakeups caused by the draft, which included Paul London, Brian Kendrick, King Booker, Mr. Kennedy and Chris Benoit leaving the show, as evidence that the brand no longer has the depth to run shows "the old way."

Vince McMahon personally changed a great deal of the most recent SmackDown! to reflect the new philosophy.

That's really crap. I had never really watched Smackdown until I taped it last week and watched it over the weekend and thought it was phenomenal. The action was great and it really got me excited for watching it every week. It'll suck if it turns into a Raw clone. There's too many wrestlers, they need to get them in the ring week in and week out.

Edge has a torn pectoral muscle from taking a bad bump during the Mardi Gras angle on the Smackdown show that aired on Friday. He is expected to miss some time. The plan had been to keep him as the top star on SD! for the time being so he is a little ticked off that the injury came now.

The plan was for a Battle Royal to determine the new champion. The winner of the Battle Royal will make their first title defense on Sunday's Great American Bash in San Jose.

If Batista, Henry, or Khali win the title, I'm done watching SD every Friday. I'll just DVR it and fast forward to the Hardy/MVP/cruiserweight match of the night.

They should have never taken Kennedy off of SD...he should be next in line for that belt.

Hell, it would have been perfect. Edge took advantage of Kennedy's injury to get a shot at the belt, and then Kennedy returns the favor and takes advantage of Edge's injury to win the belt.

                          C'mon Matt Hardy!

Oh man... I just finished posting in another thread how much I've been enjoying Smackdown, mostly for two reasons -- Edge and the number of good matches. Looks like those are in the crapper. At least Smackdown will still be BALLIN'!!!
