Here's what I did, based on Jukeman's idea to make the matches last longer:
I decreased all Wrestlers Grapples, Strikes, and Submissions. And, based on the who the wrestler was, I increased their Durability rating. Also added resiliency and durability "specials".
Here's is my "key":
If wrestler attribute is 90+ : reduced to 30+ (90 = 30, 95=35)
attribute
90 or 95 = 30 or 35
80 or 85= 20 to 25
70 or 75= 10 or 15
65 or less = 5
This also gives me the flexibility if I find that a certain wrestler still isn't performing according to his "superstar-ness".
The overalls are still pretty good. The Harts are in the high 40's. Undertaker is close to 70..triple H is about 60+....
I've had more kick outs by the CPU.
Update:
Had the best "CPU vs CPU" match I've seen in a long time. It was Undertaker vs Luke Gallows. I'm running a best of 7 to make sure that Undertaker wins most if not all, of those matches. (For "realistic" results) Undertaker won the series 4 - 0.
Anyway, match 3 (extreme rules), majority of the match took place outside the ring...guitars, drinks, bamboo sticks, ring steps...it was all used. Gallows was split open. Eventually Undertaker threw him back in the ring, slammed him down and got the victory. So far, I'm averaging 10 mins per match.
If the "technical" attribute has to do with the wrestlers ability to reverse, then I think for the "lesser" superstars, this needs to be lowered to 50 or below. Luke Gallows has his at 65, but is still a reverse fest. And if they reverse, they can do damage, so lowering this keeps the "Stars" at star level.
Anyway, just some thoughts to throw out there...
