AUGUST | Week 3

David Otunga def. Faarooq
Getting the match scheduled after the beatdown the APA put on Otunga last week, Otunga dominated from the get go. The match only lasted as long as it did because of Bradshaw's constant distracting of the referee. However, with the referee's back turned, Otunga grabbed a steel chair and beat Faarooq with it. After this continued, Bradshaw was finally ejected from the ring, allowing Mr. Money In The Bank David Otunga to defeat Faarooq with a 1, 2, 3.

Paul Heyman came to the ring to taunt The Rock and Mankind for CM Punk's win last week, claiming that Monday Night Raw is Team Heyman's show, and Punk, Lesnar, and Heyman are all in control. He also announced that CM Punk would face Mankind in tonight's main event. The Rock took issue, making his way to the ring. But Lesnar attacked him, leaving him in the ring with an F5.

Ryback def. Drew McIntyre

John Laurinaitis def. Triple H
Triple H came to the ring to call out John Laurinaitis. Mr. Excitement ambushed Triple H from behind, and then quickly ordered the referee to count a pinfall as Laurinaitis covered him. Laurinaitis has obviously overstepped his bounds!

Mankind def. CM Punk
Mankind had been waiting for this match all night, and didn't waste time waiting for the bell to ring to get it started. Mankind rushed CM Punk right away, gaining an early advantage that he never lost. The hardcore legend took out the straight edge superstar, getting a little payback for recent weeks.

Since your taking suggestions how about you use the WWE Championship from 1998-98. They're could be feud for it between Punk, Barrett, and HHH.

Do the to 5 rankings change much in Universe, or is that something i need to do manually? It seems like the only time they really change is if there is a #1 contender match. When I try and push guys, the ranking never seems to change, no matter how many matches they win

I've added Team Mucha Lucha (Sin Cara/Rey) to my teams in my Universe. I'm thinking of adding some ROH guys like Steen/Generico/Richards + WGTT/Briscoes to beef up the tag division.

Something I've considered to start off my Universe, instead of rivalries, that I'll set up tournaments or something to determine #1 contenders. Later I'll try and set up rivalries.

Something else I've also thought of is having a NXT-type show along with Raw/SD where prospects like Ohno/Wyatt and outsiders like Richards/Generico among others compete for points (similar to the Bound for Glory series) every month, with the guy who has the most points by the end of the month going to a main show + getting a title shot. Also I'm thinking something like a "proving ground" match for the winner at that month's PPV against a Raw/SD star with some kind of reward if the NXT winner wins. Also people who are on losing streaks on the main shows can get sent down then win NXT and get another shot.

Let me know what you guys think about that. I'm excited to get my Universe running.

Philliesfan, that is a pretty good concept, if your on xbox there are some real good nxt caws from someone who goes by biffnkicks, i got ohno, wyatt, the shield and a few others from that person

-Dudley Boyz v. PTP was the best match, def may have to book it again this month
-Sin Cara deserves a shot at the IC champ on smackdown now for the W but still a non-title match
- Reks & Hawkins beating Dolph & Swagger was the biggest upset this week

I have 3 major shows now with over 20 people on each, with 29 on Raw and Smackdown and around 23 or 24 on ECW. I'm thinking about cutting down my roster because some of the big guys don't get enough time on Raw. I mean if I don't edit the card, I get Sandow vs Sin Cara for my main event, where as Punk, Cena, Rock, and Sting are all left off of the card, even though they're the 4 guys in the WWE Championship picture.

Smackdown's not as bad, but Big Show and Sheamus aren't on the show as much as I'd like, even though they're supposed to be feuding for the Heavyweight championship. ECW on the otherhand is almost perfect. ECW champion Kevin Nash and his rival Cactus Jack have been feuding for months now and appear every week on the show. ECW tag team champions Justin Gabriel and Brad Maddox are on the show every week, same goes for Television champion Thrasher.

So maybe I should cut my rosters down to about 20 for every show. I have minor shows for every show, and a PPV every other month for each, except for a few joint PPV's for Raw and Smackdown like MITB, Royal Rumble, and Wrestlemania. I just wish we could have 3 Shows host a PPV, because now I'll have to create an ECW PPV in the same month as Wrestlemania, which just seems totally unrealistic.
