Iam not getting many cut scenes or storylines ? is it cause im changing the cards ? i was kinda wanting to do my own fueds and matches in my universe,

I do change the rival/allies for some of the top guys like right now JBL is feuding with the Miz in my head, so i changed their rivals to each other for now

But for the most part should i try keeping the card the way it comes out but atleast just change the feuds ?

well punk finally won the belt back @ over the limit ppv in a I QUIT match now my universe has punk and ryback in a tag team and punks even has come out and raised rybacks arm after hes beat guys. a lil funny thing not sure why though in those tag matches we have faced team cobra and not sure why but its triple h and ryder not ryder and santino. besides his feud with punk rybacks in one with cody rhodes involving the us strap...besides costing ryback all those #1 matches he pinned ryback to become the #1 contender for the us title that ryback holds now. should be fun to see where the tag team goes and if they become #1 contenders for those belts as well. next ppv is capital punishment and its ryback vs rhodes vs otunga for us belt and punk vs ryback in tlc match for wwe belt.

I'm a few months in and do get cutscenes regularly but most of them are very similar ie pre-match/post-match attacks. Nothing exciting has happened so far. I think the best thing I've had is when I had a three-way feud going with Orton/Sheamus/Del Rio... Ortons music hit during Sheamus v Del Rio but he never showed up.

I usually leave the cards the way they are, although I may sim some matches I really don't care about. But I play/watch the ones I do care about and like I said that's the best I've got so far. No branching options yet.

Hell In A Cell - Preview

US Championship
Cody Rhodes(c) v Playboy Pete (CAW)

Gotta be honest there's been zero build up to this feud and I think the Universe has just plucked the top ranked superstar for the ppv match. Nevertheless, Playboy will be looking to claim his first ever title against the Dashing one.

Intercontinental Championship
Wade Barrett(c) v Kane

Kane, Ziggler and Dibiase battled amongst themselves for the first two weeks before Kane won a fatal 4 way to make him No.1 Contender for the IC title. With a week to go before HIAC, the Big Red Machine sent a message to the champ after a vicious beatdown which saw Barrett go through the announce table. Kane will be looking to regain the title while this is Barrett's first defence.

Mark Henry v Booker T v Big Show v Rikishi

Over the past month Mark Henry has been feuding with Booker while Big Show has been feuding with Rikishi. Both back and forth rivalries with everyone picking up wins and sending their opponents through tables and barricades and what not. I didn't have room on the card for two singles matches so instead I'm gonna have a 4 man elimination match with the winner going straight to the top of the rankings for a shot at their respective brand's main title.
****I'd also like to note that at one point Mark Henry appeared on stage for his scheduled match with Booker, only to introduce a replacement instead.........Sin Cara. My mind was blown at this one, with Booker looking like he'd just heard the dreaded gong.

Jericho v CM Punk

This has been an excellent battle over the last few weeks with some great matches to show for it. Despite CM Punk returning at NOC and attacking Edge, it was in fact Jericho who he turned his attention to the next night on raw. A GTS was enough to cost Jericho his match against Kane and ultimately his chance at getting a shot at the IC title. Both have been bloodied and battered heading into this and it should be a show-stealer. Having said that HHH has stuck his nose into this feud for some reason after laying them both out on Raw. The Universe actually set up HHH v CM Punk but there was no way Jericho and Punk weren't getting the payoff ppv match they deserve.

Alberto Del Rio v Randy Orton v Sheamus

What started off as a three-way rivalry turned into a one-on-one story after Sheamus fell victim to the punt in his match with Orton. He wasn't seen for a couple of weeks before he returned and delivered the Brogue Kick to Orton on the final Raw before HIAC. With Del Rio closing in on victory, Sheamus then hit the Mexican with another Brogue Kick to leave it a no contest. These three will finally square off in the ring together and all have a score to settle.

Six Man Hell In A Cell
Stone Cold(c) v ??? v ??? v ??? v ??? v ???

Once again, no build up or any kind of feud for the title here which is disappointing but it might turn out ok as it gives me a chance to unleash a deadly six man hell in a cell match. As I write this I have no idea who the 5 opponents are but I'm expecting the likes of Lesnar and Ryback to be involved which should make it an enormous task for Stone Cold to retain his title on its first defence.

Undertaker(c) v John Cena v The Rock

John Cena looked the front-runner for a title shot at the start of the month bt after The Rock laid Cena out with a Rock Bottom in his match with the Deadman, it quickly became a three-man contest. The champ has been able to sit back in recent weeks and watch while The Rock and Cena rip each others heads off; the latest match seeing neither man walk away after a fierce encounter. The Deadman is refreshed and in his own yard, therefore must go into this as favourite to retain.

**The Miz is sitting patiently on his MITB briefcase, but may find the carnage left after the 6 man HIAC too tempting an opportunity to not cash in.

I think instead of trying to change the card every week, I will change the main rivalries on smackdown and raw guys, until i wanna see a different one and then go in and change the wrestlers rivals and what not, Like right now i got DX feuding with The Rock and Mankind, Rock and Sock connection,

I have Ryback as a bad guy feuding with Sheamus, etc etc, then ill see what the cards come out like, I know the rankings kinda have a say in it, Like Brodus Clay is the #1 contender for Santinos US title but i dont have them feuding but they are having a match right now a #1 contender match, Im guessing if Clay wins he gets the shot, and right now Clay is ranked 2nd, I know i can change the rankings to... So we will see how it goes.. kinda wish there was more storylines..

I've taken some time today to figure out how I want to get to my next PPV, Over the Limit.

Here's the state of my Universe right now:

RAW
WWE Champion: CM Punk (last defense: draw vs. Austin at Extreme Rules)
Intercontinental Champion: Mankind (last defense: N/A - won title from Kingston at Extreme Rules)
WWE Tag Team Champions: World's Greatest Tag Team/Haas & Benjamin (last defense: N/A - won titles from Hell No at Extreme Rules)

Smackdown
World Heavyweight Champion: Randy Orton (last defense: N/A - won the title from Big Show at Extreme Rules)

Here's what I'm thinking feud-wise:
Orton vs Show vs Taker, WHC - These three fight in one-on-one, three-way matches with different stips. I'm thinking it leads up to a match where if Show is pinned he's taken out of the title picture since it's two times in a row he would have lost (thereby dropping him into the midcard/IC title picture, most likely). Then that would lead to a Taker/Orton feud where if Orton keeps the title 'till No Way Out he'll meet a new contender (as you'll see below). Then

Undertaker returns from Orton putting him out of action and challenges him..

and that feud would go onto probably Money in The Bank.
We'll see how that goes though.

Punk w/Heyman vs Austin, WWE Title: Since it was a draw, Austin is technically still #1 contender. They fight in a bunch of match types leading up to the PPV, with, say a match on the go-home show deciding who picks the stipulation. Whoever wins goes on to face a new contender at No Way Out (as seen below)

The Shield vs Ryback + ?: The Shield continues its attacks on people who they felt have done injustices, costing them in some way (possibly a title shot). My thinking is two people they attack join Ryback to get their revenge and face The Shield at the PPV after a string of one-on-one, two vs two, and three vs three matches leading up to it. Some guys I'm throwing around to be on Ryback's team are

John Cena vs Perfection (Ziggler/Big E): Cena's still not got his revenge for AJ and Dolph screwing him out of the MITB briefcase. He's fought both Ziggler and his bodyguard Big E Langston a bit since then but not enough. The MITB will be defended by Ziggler since he hasn't paid for his actions - if he manages to keep it, he will fight Cena soon and put it on the line; Cena never was given a fair chance to win it. Next time it will be in a match where there is guaranteed to be no interference by AJ, Big E, or anyone else. Until then, we'll likely see Cena face Ziggler and Big E a few more times, with the winners gaining momentum towards Over the Limit for their side.

IC Title #1C Battle Royals: Two 10-man battle royals will be held with the two winners facing off in a best-of-three series to determine a future #1 contender to the IC champ.

Has anyone experienced any freezing problems in Universe with a lot of CAWs on the rosters?

I ask this because I downloaded a few CAWs and two times in a row the game would freeze after I'd won with Benoit, then a separate occasion in a match that had no CAWs in. I deleted the ones I downloaded, which was only about 6 or 7 anyway and stuck with just my original Caw and have had no problems since.

I was just wondering if it was a massive coincidence or a known problem?I wanna create a couple more original CAWs to freshen my rosters up when I have a spare 20 hours.

Philliesfan, your universe sounds great! Better than real WWE tv. Seriously though. Orton vs. Taker would be good. Big Show would be better in the midcard/tag division. It's where he belongs IMO. Punk vs. Austin has the caliber to be an old school long running yet entertaining feud. I like your idea for that storyline. Sheamus/Miz/Ryback vs. The Shield would be good. Triple H and HBK vs. Jericho, Edge and Christian would be gold.

They just might be, J.R. I'm definitely considering them.

And Paul E. may be involved, it depends on what match types - some allow managers (like a normal match) but I don't think stipulation-type matches do. What I could do, for the matches I want him to be involved in, is make it a normal match but set the rules to have no-DQ + falls count anywhere, etc. For the PPV, though, if it's like a Steel Cage match for example, Heyman can't be in it. So we'll see, but he figures to be a part in the feud, for sure.

As for the long feuds, that might just happen with a few of mine. My problem is, I'm fine with having a PPV match set but I have a feeling if I put one in place ahead of time, I wouldn't know how to build up to it. I don't know, that's what I'm trying right now with all of these feuds.

Problem with HHH interfering (if he did) is that I don't plan on him being involved with that quite yet. I understand you were just saying that hypothetically though. Now that you mention it, he might be a part of that later on.. after his feud with Jericho is over.

But what I meant when I said "I wouldn't know how to build up a long feud," is that say I kept the Punk vs Austin feud going until Summerslam, for example, I wouldn't know how to keep it going from PPV to PPV and make it a believable storyline over months. Not that it needs to be, because I could just throw it in there and they'll have great matches, but since I'm posting it here, I figured I'd try and make it into a storyline.

And that's what I'm planning on doing - set up a feud based on interference/contenders, try and keep it going up to the PPV, then have the blow-off match which decides whether it keeps going.
