    Re: WWE Network Discussion Thread

So I finally booted up the app. On my phone it works great. But on the 360 it seems really limited. When I go to PPVs I'm only seeing WWE ones and when I click on the big 4 I only have access to this years events. Is there a known issue with the 360 app or should I just delete and redownload?

360 app has been a bust

      They're working on it

Best bet is go buy an Apple TV or a Roku. Have had both, prefer Apple TV.

Saw this on another site, good news!

For those wondering why some of the PPVs disappeared on the Network recently, Chris writes: Over the past few days, WWE has been pulling WCW shows from the Network and re-uploading them about a day or so later without the generic music dubbed over themes done by Jimmy Papa, the Texas songwriter who was/is suing WWE. The music affected is everything from the WCW Slam Jam album as well the entrance music for 2 Cold Scorpio and the Freebirds (Badstreet USA and I'm a Freebird and What Was Your Excuse). WWE seems to be going through all the shows with Papa music and restoring it (even WrestleMania X-7, where Michael Hayes entered to Badstreet USA, is currently down). Beach Blast 1993 and Fall Brawl 1993 are two examples of WCW shows that went down and are back up with Papa's music now intact. In addition, several ECW PPVs (including Barely Legal and the last one, Guilty As Charged 2001) were briefly removed from the Network a few days ago and went back up without bleeps over the profanity (which WWE had put in for when the shows aired on the old Classics On Demand channel

Regarding missing pay-per-views on the WWE Network, word is that some have been temporarily taken down to make music and other type of edits. We’ve also heard from many fans who have been told by Network customer service representatives that a ton of new content will be added before the end of this month.

                Partial source: F4Wonline

I hope the new content is some WCW TV shows and some prime time wrestling and old Superstars episodes

I'm getting my monies worth out of the network right now from the Heenan commentary alone.

Well WWE has now dubbed over Voodoo Child on Hogan's WWE matches now. It's actually a pretty awesome dub though.

Tony even used the phrase "hundreds of thousands" to describe the number of people in attendance.

Saw that today was the last day to get in on the one week trial. I would expect the content to start picking up now.

People really care about how many people that announcers say are in attendance? Let's pretend they don't always lie about how many are in attendance. I'm pretty sure a couple of years ago they got called out for saying they were breaking attendance records at every PPV but were just making it up to impress people.

It was more to point out my disdain for Tony Schiavone. It's like he thinks the people watching are morons. He said hundreds of thousands of people, on a beach none the less, when it was literally not even 10,000 people. I just never really liked him as a commentator and was reminded of why since I haven't heard him in years.

The biggest feature added, is the resume function, just like the PS4 & Roku devices. PS3 users can also now press "down" on the control pad, to make the progress bar disappear.
As of this time, there have been no App updates for the Xbox 360.
Glad we can now make the progress bar disappear, I found that annoying that it would stay on the screen when I would rewind.
