Isn't kind of strange that JR stuck his neck out for Dr Death then Dr Death went along with the Oklahoma storyline in WCW?

Yeah, between Steiner and Sid, there were some epic promo blunders there. At the end of the day, though, both guys were draws and made money in the business, so I'm sure neither guy cares too much that they botched some promos along the way.

I'd love to see a countdown of match botches, but I doubt they'd ever do that (nor should they). However, they did show a lot of them in the opening of the countdown show.

The opening to The Godfather's theme is so awesome, Jim Johnston is a genius.

Did they ever put him in the Hall of Fame? Cause I can't think of too many people not in it that deserve it more than him.

Anyone catch the Best of RAW from 2002? It was the night after No Way Out 2002 where nWo debuted in WWE.

I'm wanting to know what the hell was going on in the crowd during the main event of Angle/HHH? You can see at a certain point everyone is looking behind them in the crowd and the camera angles don't show the crowd while this is going on. Any insight?

Crap...I was actually there and I'm trying to remember. It was either a fight or girls flashing and being kicked out. I'm leaning toward fight though. I can picture being there, but can't visualize the scene 100%.

I'm going to have to try and catch it on the Network and see if it jogs any memories.

I figured it had to be one of those two things, lol. Pretty sure I remember hearing some whistling from guys, so I'm betting it was girls flashing...

Just watched...yep, it's flashing. The big random cheer you hear kinda gives it away.

So with a lack of proper place to put this i've been watching the '93 RAWs and i'm at the point where there's some seriously weird booking. So Razor Ramon is still a heel but Money Inc. had been doing promos basically making fun of him thus making Razor a face to the fans yet he's still got beef with 1-2-3 Kid which makes him a heel.

It's almost like Vince was testing the waters to see if the Razor Ramon character could work as a face while at the same time developing Sean Waltman into a star with the 1-2-3 Kid gimmick.

I just thought it was an interesting proto- "shades of gray" type of booking that would become the big thing in wrestling a couple or so years later.

Interesting. I forgot all about Money Inc. being behind Razor's face turn.
