How long is the CWC going to go on for? With Smackdown going live next week that is going to make for a heck of a lot of programming come next week with Raw, Smackdown, NXT, CWC, and Battleground

The Finals are on September 14.

      I'm hoping for a Kota Ibushi/ZSJ finals.

I started watching pay-per-views from 2007 starting with WrestleMania 23 because I was there. And I'm at 2007 Vengeance "Night of Champions".

I totally forgot this was when Chris Benoit was supposed to face CM Punk but Benoit didn't show up. The commentary is completely cut when Morrison is making his entrance because they talk about how Benoit couldn't be there due to personal reasons.

And the crowd chants "We Want Benoit".

It better be, or I'll be heated. Greatness potential.

I'm pretty sure the finals are going to include at least 1 but probably 2 guys that plan on sticking with the WWE after the tournament is over.

The first episode of CWC was pretty good. The Ibushi match was the best one of the night.

I watched the first episode of the CWC and after hearing how often Daniel Bryan referred to guys as wrestlers and professional wrestlers instead of superstars, it seems apparent Vince has nothing to do with this tournament

...and that is a GOOD thing.

Anywho, i'm really having a hard time logging into the network these days. I dunno what WWE has done but I have to go through hoops just to log in!

Well he wasn't even the one to green light the tournament.

True, but it's on his network and to him, the term "professional wrestler" is about the worst thing you can say on the air

This is a couple years old but I had heard that everything on the Network is carefully scrutinized and run by Vince in terms of programming and such. Maybe HHH gets a ton of leeway for various reasons.

It will be interesting to see if Bryan continues to use the term "professional wrestler".

I hope the CWC will become a yearly thing hell if they could sign enough talent a fourth brand

Hopefully, they resurrect the Cruiserweight title and that's what they get at the end of the tournament.

Watching the 2002 draft right now as we are starting to prepare stuff, and man I loved that opening.

Stone Cold is a free agent, Steph, H, and Jericho not eligible for draft. Wish Reigns - Rollins - Ambrose weren't eligible and were free agents.
