Re: WWE Network Discussion Thread
Watching WM 7 since it happened today in history.
*Texas Tornado kicks out*
Heenan: Come on referee, Bossman's mother could've counted that fast!
Monsoon: Oh, you want to start?
Heenan: No, it's a compliment.
Heenan also referencing the Rodney King incident by threatening Monsoon by saying he has friends in the LAPD.Comment

Re: WWE Network Discussion Thread
So...... WWE now figured out too much Mania is a bad thing. Yet they decided to cut out the SD Women's Title Match out of the card. That is the new report of why Asuka lost the title and it was a last minute decision wanting to hype up the main event more.
Mandy Rose was supposed to win the Fatal 4 Way and challenge Asuka for the SD Women's Champion.Comment

Re: WWE Network Discussion Thread
Final Raw before Survivor Series.
Spoiler
-Sad seeing Austin coming out on Raw knowing what's about to happen Sunday
-Mcmahon comes out but technical difficulties cause his mic to not work. Austin gets mad, grabs the mic and throws it down the ramp. According to McMahon, that's a $10000 microphone! Another mic stops working during segment and Austin throws it away. McMahon guest ref for title match. I really wanted to see this at WM. Could've been one of biggest in WM history.
-NAO vs Snow/Mankind. Road Dogg making fun of Walmart incident. "Al Snow, they say you like to beat women...and cut their heads off" lol. Ridiculous to think how misunderstood and stupid people were. Wrestling fake, but let's really analyze TV characters and jump to completely wrong and suddenly not fake conclusion about them. Titles change hands for 3rd or 4th time in 2 or so months.
-HHH mocks McMahon in backstage interview and moons the camera.
-Al Snow backstage segment commenting on Walmart incident. Laughable and ridiculous at same time. Al Snow shaken up over everything. Cant imagine what it'd feel like in real life. You cant go in public, especially Walmart, after that.
-Lillian announces Big Shows dad died. 10 bell salute. Bossman interrupts. This whole storyline, just awful. Especially just months after a real life tragedy. Worst part hasn't even happened yet! It's so bad but I cant stop!
-Mcmahon brings HHH into Test/Stephs business. Irony here. McMahon breaking rules and putting things in his (future) son in laws favor, sticking him in title match. Vince as timekeeper!
-Chyna interrupted by Elvis...or Stevie Richards. Elias would be rolling in his grave with Stevies singing. Trish is greatest superstar in women's division history, but more I get to watch Chyna, she's probably greatest women in the business. Shame she wasn't around for RA era to be in actual division.
-Al Snow answering questions about him being a killer lol. "No. My aunt died of natural causes! You can buy shotguns at Walmart but not my doll?! No I'm not planning on killing someone!". Mankind comes in and "Gives Al Snow Head", aka giving him back his MANNEQUIN head.
-Too Cool on the mic, awful.
-Acolytes get in another bar room brawl.
-HHH battling the odds going up against McMahon family. Funny watching HHH being the one as underdog vs Vinces "future" son in law. I do wonder if test was ever actually planned to marry Steph or if they had this exact story planned since the Union split(and Tests wish for helping Vince was to date Steph). HHH wins after everyone leaves to save Steph after Road Dogg shows creepy video of Xpac and Billy with Steph in locker room.
Sd before SS:
Spoiler
-SD kicks off with DX. They explain that ending of Raw was a trick. Wasn't actually Steph in locker room. And HHH uses his "I am that damn good" line. HHH with a few threatening words towards Steph.
-The WWFs most celebrated real athlete Kurt Angle debuts at Survivor Series! I wonder how diff things would be if Angle ran over Austin?
-With SS on Sunday, they must have realized there's SS matches. Suddenly guys randomly appearing. Gangrel in a brawl with people like Venis and others.
-Backstage segment with Rock and Schwarzenegger. Little did we know Rock would end up being the bigger Hollywood star. To think, he was on SD to promote the soon to be major flop, End of Days. In segment with Austin, funny hearing Arnold talk about "opening up a can of whoopass".
-Big Shows dads funeral. How sad. Not sad for a fake funeral, sad that we witnessed the peak of this horrible Bossman vs Big Show story. Cant believe same people who wrote stuff like Austin,DX,Rock stories also wrote this. I've never watched full segment, but knew what happened. It's worse than I imagined!
-Jerichos feud with Chyna is extension of Jarretts feud. Another one of those AE stories that wouldn't fly today. Jericho would get roasted by the media and fans.
-Someone needs to alert production truck. They still have Scott Taylor and Brian Christopher nameplates. So 90s, Scotty Too Hottys gear + ad for WWF new music CD available at Circuit City.
-Arnold on SD. Got HUGE pop. Rock/Austin level. Arnold gets the WWF title as a gift. Lol, he claims 500 million people are watching.
-In middle of womens match after Debra and Terri are out together, we hear LOUD "We want puppies!" chants.
-Last time we see Austins entrance before Rikishi strikes Sunday.
-Arnold doing commentary for main event. King asks for autograph, Arnold is like "I gave you 4 already, what's the matter with you?" Lol. Listening to him doing commentary for the whole match and reacting to DX cheating is funny. Lol, he has his own Yes,Yes,Yes chant moment when Rock took over.
-Arnold gets involved, gives Austin a chair and he hits HHH. Test pins HHH. HHH gets mad, but Arnold smacks HHH and beats him down!
And to top it all off, the GIF of the week

Re: WWE Network Discussion Thread
So I've had this WWE top 20 modern day Mania match gimmick thing on all day. And they have the "Triple Threat" in the 31 main on the list. Yea that was a fantastic match. That was the quintessential brawl and the Fed should've run it back last year and kept the original idea (both times) of coronating Roman.Comment
