Probably start a feud with Del Rio. Why? Because that's how the E's been operating lately......

You dont get it Dayman, WWE planned on their brand new returnee babyface Wrestlemania 30 main eventer Batista to get boo'd out of the arena. They designed the PPV to have Orton and Cena look like low card goons. This was all part of the plan to get Bryan more over lol.

I'm sure they have also planned whatever reaction from Cleveland tonight as well.

So what's the reason they held Bryan out of the Royal Rumble then? Why did they hold Wyatt out of the Rumble even though Cody Rhodes wrestled earlier in the night and entered the Rumble? Why is there no outcry for Wyatt too?

They didn't do it for their health. They did it for storyline reasons. Either that or he's hurt. And the fans reacted. Just like they react to every other storyline. Just like they've been reacting to storylines for 60 years now. They want Bryan so they decided to boo anyone that wasn't Bryan. Oh well. Did they expect Batista to get booed? Probably not. They should have expected him to get booed because he's a worthless pile of crap but he was booed because he wasn't Bryan. I'm sure they're thrilled Bryan is garnering this type of reaction. Ecstatic.

I don't know why people expected him to be in the Rumble, anyway. Again, as someone said above, he wasn't even announced so if people were watching expecting him to be in, they're the ones responsible for their poor monetary/time investment.

Matrix, why did Nash get involved in Summer of Punk?
Why did ADR when the rumble? Why did Sandow win MiTB?

It's not as if WWE has used any kind of logic or reason in all of their decisions.

I think they thought they could avoid a riot by giving them Bryan early in the night and in an early match of the year frontrunner rather than having a riot break out when he was eliminated from the Rumble.

Turns out Pittsburgh was in an all night riot type of mood.

The difference with that is when WWE gave us that they found out that liking Zack Ryder turned out to be one of those things smarks did ironically and when we actually had a large dose of him we didn't really enjoy it all that much.

It'd be like, and I'm going to break my own character here, if they actually pushed Kofi to the main event. I go on and on about how much I like the guy, and I do enjoy watching him wrestle, but in all honesty he's on TV probably the exact right amount of time for him.

I have no idea why Nash got involved with the Punk thing. That was awful and angering beyond words. Still is. Just having that douchebag back last night pissed me off enough.

Sandow's MITB could have been much more but I liked how it was done and what it meant for his tag team with Rhodes. Sometimes I feel like Sandow is in the doghouse a bit. Again, you can't push everyone at the same time.

Del Rio probably won the Rumble to make some of that international cash. If I recall correctly, it was a matter of pushing him to the moon there. They didn't do much with it after his Wrestlemania match with Edge, which is too bad. I think the company did **** ADR up quite a bit. He should have been a hybrid Ted DiBiase/Eddie Guerrero/JBL, not only talking about his pedigree all the time but throwing around his money more than just with his cars. And now nobody cares.

I don't think what happened to Del Rio will happen to Bryan though. This is an entirely different animal.

True. I feel like they kept Bryan out for a reason. I don't think they anticipated the fans ****ting all over the last 10 minutes of the rumble, but I think they knew what they were doing keeping him out to an extent.
