Re: The OS WWE Dirt Discussion Thread

Rumors behind the scenes at WWE are going around that the WWE has NO interest
in Bully Ray. Many reasons can be noted as one major issue is his age. (He
just turned 43). Another huge issue is the heat he has with Randy Orton from his
previous stint in WWE. As of now, WWE is not interested in talking with Bully
    Ray
As a trainer- Part time wrestler I would be down but yeah a full time schedule for this guy would be bad.

he still wrestles pretty well and has become a great singles heel, I don't know why a full-time schedule would be bad. He can go as much as Jericho, RVD, and Goldust can.

43 is not that old in the wrestling world. I think a wrestler can still work into his late 40s or early 50s depending on his ring style.

I don't agree with that. The guy is arguably the best heel in wrestling anytime he wants to be. I know hes older but he could definitely elevate some guys.

Its not like WWE is hurting for heels though. And best heel in wrestling?

And age isn't a real issue if WWE wants someone and feels they're of use. RVD is 43. Enough said.

Just to clarify, one of the best heels in wrestling whos also a full time wrestler. Heyman and Steph are on a level alone.

if he comes in, He's likely going to be a face. I would almost ask for a match with him ans Rusev and then he can feud with Bryan

You guys are determined to make me ruin everyone's experience, aren't you?

Put the dirt posts in the dirt thread, or I'll close both threads, completely ban and dirt talk, and you guys can find a wrestling site to go to.

I think there's confusion about what constitutes dirt 'talk' and just 'dirt'. Most people that are posting stuff here are also commenting on it, which constitutes discussion, right? Honest question to clarify things for folks.

Is there any other section on this site where we need separate threads for the news item and to discuss the news item?

Re: The OS WWE Dirt Discussion Thread

The problem is that dirt can be very easily placed into a spoiler heading. Most dirt is rumors about spoilers. So it is a very unique situation.

And most news items in other forums get their own threads for discussion, not one huge catch all.

I just don't see the difficulty with posting the dirt in the dirt thread, and the discussion here. You know, besides a member of the staff telling you directly to do so only to have attempts at ridicule (by some members on already short leashes).

If that's in reference to me (though I don't know what I've done to be on a short leash) I was just asking the question bc like WAAW said the threads, and what constitutes a "spoiler" and what constitutes "dirt" is up to vast interpretation depending on who's reading it. Wasn't attempting to ridicule at all man.

Re: The OS WWE Dirt Discussion Thread

I understand how some dirt can be considered a spoiler. I get all that and how there is a fine line to walk when posting dirt due to possible spoilers. I mean posting something like "WWE Plans on putting the WWE title around Cena's waist sometime near WM" could easily be considered a Dirt-Spoiler.

However, why have the two threads for posting dirt and discussing it? I mean what are we protecting. If someone posts on the dirt thread post a possible spoiler..It will still be out there... and if someone goes into dirt discussion ..a spoiler possiblity could be talked about just the same right? As Ranger mentioned im not trying to dog it, just understand what we are trying to do
