I guarantee you a company like the WWE has a code of conduct built into their employment contract. If he violated it, then that's it. No grounds for wrongful termination. This isn't a case of self defense. It's someone saying something mean and getting struck for it.

Physical retaliation to verbal abuse wasn't acceptable in 1st grade and it's not acceptable as an adult. Sticks and Stones.

However, no compete clauses are handled differently in different states and countries. I don't know how Mexico handles them, but I know in California, for example, they're illegal with few exceptions.

But if he was provoked sufficiently then he will almost certainly win. Racism should not be tolerated. Neither should hitting a colleague BUT if he was inciting Del Rio then I think ADR has a case.

If he didn't put his hands on Del Rio, then he really doesn't.

My thing is if there were racial slurs being used Del Rio should have taken the big boy approach and took it up the ladder. If that doesnt work then he has a serious law suit he can file. He claims this has been going on with Rey and Himself for years. This guy also has a shady background. His ties with Cartels in Mexico and his alleged Gun incident tells me he could also be full of ****

The apparent last encounter Del Rio had with the guy before he supposedly said it was Del Rio's job to clean his plate was the guy calling Del Rio a slut in Mexican or a Mexican slut.

Called him a mexican whore. Several witness to this in terms of wrestlers and backstage hands

                    #Possibly going to WWE
                    when his contract expires:

"I'm still in the process. My contract's up September 21st. I will say this
                    TNA has been really
loyal to me and there is an obligation there but at the same time have to do
what's best for me. I haven't quite decided yet. It wouldn't be a surprise
either way it's just I'm going to have to bear down right now and by the end of
                    September I'll have my decision."

The door being open in WWE:

"I think it's always an open door. It's really about what you can give. What
they want from you and what you want from them. At the end of the day you have
to agree on all terms. So it really comes down to how much they want to use me
and how much I want to be used."

Could his body work a full time WWE schedule:
"No not at all. I wouldn't expect it to. You know 15 years of hard pro
wrestling and I went a lot of full time in TNA until the last two and a half
years. I would hope they wouldn't expect me to do it. I know TNA does not expect
me to do that either. So where ever I end up it's going to be part time."

Great interview above with Kurt Angle last Saturday night

Hulk Hogan recently called out Brock Lesnar telling him he needs to keep his
name out of his mouth and also to never refer to his children or wife." If he
does, the hulkster will be in the ring face to face with the monster"

Oh no!!!!! I dont think I could handle a Brock vs Hogan match

Any non compete clause won't stand up because Del Rio is in Mexico, and is a Mexican citizen. As long as he's working for AAA, it falls under Mexican law. And non-compete clauses are actually unconstitutional in Mexico with a few exceptions.

Brock Lesnar could literally kill Hulk Hogan in the ring, without much effort.

The sheets say there is a "major swerve" in store for Lesnar/Cena.

                            Let it begin...

My current favorite insane theory is Cena becoming a Heyman Guy.

It's obviously CM Punk coming back to finish his beef with both Lesnar and Cena, guys.

Random thought... Does anyone else think it's funny that ever since people complained and we split the dirt threads, not a single post has been made in the old dirt thread? Lol.
