Forgot these two moments happened 10 years apart, almost to the exact day!

That's actually a good question. I know that when he returned to WWF in Jan 1984 he had a shirt with Hulkamania written on the back, and commentators started using the term regularly as soon as he won the title from Sheik. It's possible he started using that name in the AWA in 1982/1983, because that's when he started making his own shirts.

Hulkamania was a couple years before Wrestlemania. In fact, if it wasn't for Howard Finkel we would have been watching The Colossal Tussle. Vince originally suggested that name before Finkel told him about Beatlemania and suggested Wrestlemania as a play off that.

As good as the black and gold era was, this NXT I miss also.

0 expectations, main roster crowd not as familiar with it. For a while this NXT was one of WWEs best kept secrets/hidden gems.

Paige vs Emma quickly led to the 4HW taking over once Paige and Emma made their ways to the main roster. And of course we'd see the likes of KO and others follow Zayn to NXT.

                    12 YEARS.

Rock was gone for 7 years between when he last competed in 2004 and his 2011 return, and that felt like forever. It's been 11 years since his last actual match.

This doesn't even feel like so long ago.

But the entire Cena/Rock feud was Cena going at Rock for real and never telling Rock because he wanted to make it realer and bring out more emotions. Something Cena says he regrets because Rock was genuinely hurt and mad at him over it.

Was that the match where HHH threw the sledgehammer through the glass as part of his entrance? Awesome entrance

Orton punts Shane and Vince, kisses Stephanie, HHH breaks into Ortons house, it was so good.

Jerichos feud with the HOFers was a great story too. That Piper promo with Jericho was so good. Forget promo class, you could do an entire promo course just from Piper's promos.

I don't know what's crazier, the fact he died at only 33, or the fact that he was only 23 when he debuted in the attitude era (or the fact he dated Stacy AND Kelly Kelly)

Vince was obviously high on him and tried making him the next Kevin Nash, but obviously the lack of experience hurt him along with fans not caring and then HHH getting involved in the Stephanie story too (Vince wanted to end it anyways since he didn't see Test as a good fit anymore).

Makes you wonder what could've become of him if he was in OVW for a few years and debuted with or right before the 02 class (he's only 2 years older than Cena/Lesnar).

That time in developmental definitely could've helped him out rather than being thrown into the middle of the attitude era with only a year of training under his belt
