Wrestling will never die. There will be bad periods and good ones, but it will never go away. Everyone thought UFC would kill WWE, and the machine just keep rolling.

WWE only cares about people "enjoying the show". They are about entertainment, not wrestling anymore (at least with Vince at the helm).
    NFL- Green Bay Packers
    NCAA- Florida State Seminoles
    NHL- Carolina Hurricanes

My question is this....is Samoa Joe still hiding under the ring waiting for his cue?

Not really true. The event sells itself and is going to fill up regardless. The problem to me is not the use of part-timers but that the part-timers usually have nothing to do with elevating the main roster. They've been so bad at elevating new stars that there really isn't any full time guy with any hype besides AJ.

In the 90's during the wrestling boom, you also had three different major companies that were competing with each other for talent, ratings, and revenue. There was plenty of talent. Now that NXT has been great for the past few years, I expect another wrestling boom in regards to talent.

I'm sorry you didn't like the show. I thought the show was entertaining from beginning to end. Would there have been some things I would've changed? Absolutely. But I have that with every card.
I agree that's why they do it but it doesn't work. The way you get casual fans is a breakout star with hype, like Daniel Bryan 3 years ago. If they had a new guy destroy Lesnar like Goldberg did they would have had a lot of hype. Instead they waste it on a guy many casuals don't even care about and now Lesnar is weaker as a result.

Fell asleep during Bray/Orton. Show was too damn long.

The beginning of the show was ****ing awesome! Like everyone else said, it just fell off of a ****ing cliff.

As much as I hated the idea of the Hardyz returning, I popped when the music hit and when they won.

I just don't understand why HHH/Lesnar/Goldberg needed to have matches. The pre-show cruiserweight match gave you anything better than those two matches did.

            Bray/Orton was just terrible. Terrible.

And even when they do, they're certainly not rewarded with any lasting prominence.
An NXT fighter was in the main event and has been in the main event for the last 3 yrs.

An NXT fighter has won the WM main event the last 3 years.

An NXT fighter was the Raw champion for almost 6 mos this year.

An NXT fighter was the first Raw Universal Champion and wouldve held it longer but for an injury.

The entire Women's division is mostly NXT grads.

The 2nd most popular tag team is a former NXT team.

I have ALOT of issues with Raw but saying that NXT grads dont do **** is false.

I had a blast at my buddies house watching this and that's all that matters to me. We enjoyed pretty much the whole show despite it being ridiculously long. That was a damn good weekend of wrestling.

I also genuinely feel bad for Roman. I'll admit that I'm a fan of his and have defended him from nonsense here before, but I'm seeing a lot of people already putting blame on him for that match. To do so is to plain and simply let the hate for him influence your feelings. Undertaker was barely capable of throwing a solid punch, let alone getting himself into position for basically any spot. It was honestly hard to watch. At this point, I don't even know if Styles could have carried him to more than a respectable match.

But it's the internet and I fully expect it I guess.

I need to see the numbers on this, man. This keeps being repeated, yet weren't there talk of low TV ratings leading up to Mania?

Not sure what a lot of you were watching but that was a really solid Wrestlemania. Not on par with 30 and 31 but still very good.

Sure it started out with pure fire and slowed down a bit but that still doesn't discount what happened in the beginning. Even the down's were still pretty good.

I've given up on Reigns turning heel the way we all want him too. I think he's going to exist on a sliding scale of grey. Sometimes he'll be closer to a baby face and sometimes he'll be closer to the cocky heel. I'm fine with that. He put on good match after good match after good match all year long. And even tossed in a couple rare good promos here and there. I'm fine with Reigns.

HHH v Rollins probably really could have benefited from taking place in an era when headshots and blood was still allowed but it was still a pretty good match.

Lesnar v Goldberg was perfect. Perfect story and perfect length.

A little sad the Smackdown women's match was so short, probably cause they were running so long, but it was decent and Naiomi winning was cool.

Randy beating Bray was dumb and nonsensical. I'll give everyone that.

Very happy with the show, the set and entrance ramp was AMAZING. I leave happy and satisfied and looking forward to Raw and Smackdown this week.

I think this was top to bottom the best Wrestlemania in many years. Yes, I had a few issues with creative, but it happens.

Glad Neville retained in a solid cruiserweight match.

The battle royale, eh, it is what it is. Curious to see if Mojo is going to get a push out of this.

IC match was a boring match. Dean Ambrose gains nothing from hanging on to the title. This was a time to put the strap on Baron Corbin.

AJ and Shane was an exciting match. AJ being the Phenomenal One worked a great match, Shane got his stuff in, including that wicked shooting star press. Glad Shane didn't jump off something high. AJ gets that all important first Wrestlemania victory. Next year, he better be headlining with Kenny Omega.

Y2J and KO went exactly how it should've. It was a great match that maybe should've been later in the card, but that's just a minor quibble.

Women's 4-way was a fantastic match. Loved how all three women ganged up on Nia. Nia doesn't come out of the match looking weak because it took all of three of them. Glad Bailey hung on to the title, but I was hoping for a Sasha heel turn.

I had a feeling the Hardy Boyz were Wrestlemania bound when they dropped the ROH titles Saturday to the Young Bucks. Yes, I marked out hard when their theme hit. It's not quite the Broken Hardy's, but I'll take it. Glad they won the titles as I was not ready for the nightmare that was the potential of Enzo and Cass getting the titles.

The mix tag match was what it was. It was fine. Cena proposing to Nikki was a moment for the people who like the soap opera aspect. It was fine.

Triple H and Seth Rollins was match of the night in my opinion. Great storytelling, great pacing. Stephanie going through the table. Enjoyed the spot where they kept countering each other's pedigree attempts. I look for Seth to go away for a bit to allow his knee to properly heal.

The Smackdown title match was BORING. Randy Orton is BORING. Bray has the power to makes insects appear via PowerPoint presentation. That was also stupid as hell. It's a shame that Bray has never won a Wrestlemania match.

Goldberg and Lesnar...I enjoyed it for what it was. Less than five minutes of spears, jackhammers, Germans, and F5s. If you are any other wrestling hold, GTFO. Yes, I love technical wrestling, but I like stuff like this as well. Glad Lesnar went over, though I'm still not sure how I feel about the title being back on a part timer.

                          Smackdown Women's Six Pack....eh.

Main event....I don't hate Roman Reigns. I hate what they are doing with Roman. This was the perfect opportunity to turn him heel. He had become markedly more arrogant in the buildup to this match. I was hoping he would just snap and go off on Taker. And when he won, he was....apologetic!?!?!? It sends mixed signals. It took The Rock to turn heel before he became universally loved later on. That's what needs to happen with Roman. As for Taker....you had a hell of a run. This match proved its time to hang them up.

Was shocked that Taker actually broke kayfabe when he embraced his wife. That's when you know he's not coming back.

Does Randy Orton know where the bodies are buried? I mean geez, everybody on the internet seems to have a problem with Reigns going over.......Orton winning made no sense whatsoever. What....did his dad screw up Vinces taxes one year and this is Vinces way of getting back at him.

I thought overall it was a pretty good show. Both title matches were meh, but the rest I was ok with. I knew Taker Reigns wouldn't look good, but that's ok. Taker got his proper send off.

Taker vs Reigns wasn't pretty at all but I actually found the match to be surprisingly entertaining. I really wish they had hit that reverse tombstone spot
