I like both of them and it was cool to see Thunder Rosa win, but the match itself? Too much hanging around waiting for someone to set up that next spot. To their credit the spots were pretty good, but the match felt disjointed as a whole.
Maybe it’s me, I don’t know. I just couldn’t get into it.

It felt a little off. Like they were putting everything in a 30 minute PPV match into 15-20 minutes. A brawling match, except the selling wasn't there enough. They'd do a spot, then the one who took the bump would be up a second later setting the next one up. But it kept my attention and I liked it.

Britt's selling on that chair tower bump was great. I thought at first she hit the edge which is why it was so slow, but she landed flat and just made it look so brutal. Makes up for her leaving the razor on the mat (or so it seemed in the background).
Now, the jawing with Aubrey slowly setting up the spot was distracting...
The "indie style" spot fests work great in multi-man matches as several can be set up simultaneously, or with ring generals like Omega, where each move is plotted and smooth. His series of matches with Okada is simply the finest wrestling I've seen.
