Re: AEW Dynamite Thread
Another 6 - man and without an interesting worker in the bunch?
Do we really need this filler match just to help build to a pointless Paul Wight match?
What's the main event, tonight?

Re: AEW Dynamite Thread
No, they are up there in terms of most overrated by smarks. Their personalities are lame, no amount of creative freedom will change that

Re: AEW Dynamite Thread
I think they've just been booked poorly to start - even with their brief title reign - and the injury bug has hit them, again.
Note: That itching powder stuff with the Usos was horrendous, but it was also about Vince being petty that they wouldn't re-sign.

Re: AEW Dynamite Thread
I found them entertaining when paired with a good team (the New Day and Usos for example) and their work in NXT was great.

They had a fantastic match against the Bucks…then it went downhill from there.

Re: AEW Dynamite Thread
Should've ended the show with Black kicking Lee Johnson's head off too.
Why have him scurry out of the ring - even if slowly - when Johnson isn't a real threat?! Or Black shouldn't perceive him as one. I get that is just something heels do in that situation, but Johnson is just a lower card guy.
Not really how I thought they'd follow up the momentum of Punk on Friday. Gotta give the casual wrestling audience something to stick around for other than ex - WWE guys showing up.

Re: AEW Dynamite Thread
But I guess they wanted Jericho to be so desperate where he put it all on the line.
I do wonder if he does lose the match. His entire AEW career on the line. Not that I think he'll be wrestling forever, and wrestling "retirements" don't last, but would've at least expected him returning in the future. Guess that could really be off the table?Comment

Re: AEW Dynamite Thread
I think Tony said that Punk specifically mentioned it when their plan on Rampage was for the interview to happen there. He didn't want it to be like the old "interviewer in the ring gets mic taken away" stuff.Comment
