Cody Rhodes & Seth Rollins kick off Monday Night RAW... will they accept The Rock's challenge for the Tag Team Match at Wrestlemania?

Don't see how they don't.

But I really want to know how night 1 goes.

This will obviously be the main event of night 1. So does Rollins defend the title night 1 and probably go into the main event already beat up and without his title. Or does he defend it night 2, which obviously won't be in the main event either so he could probably kick off the night vs McIntyre.

So obviously based on what Rock said... someone will cost Cody & Seth the Tag Match to ensure Bloodline Rules and that anything goes. I mean they need Cody vs Roman to be an overbooked mess where they can do an Avengers End Game type of finish where all the superstars The Bloodline made enemies with help Cody finish his story.

6 Man Gauntlet match to determine who faces Gunther at Wrestlemania. Yeah since WWE didn't sign Okada, give me Gable vs Gunther with Gable finally winning.

Michael Cole has a weird obsession with those damn antlers lol. Vahalla gave him the antlers to wear during the match and he got super excited being able to wear them.

Even if it is for just a couple weeks, they should have Damian cash in, become Champion then have Seth get the title back before Mania. At least we could get rid of the MITB briefcase and not have to worry about it.

Even if it is for just a couple weeks, they should have Damian cash in, become Champion then have Seth get the title back before Mania. At least we could get rid of the MITB briefcase and not have to worry about it.

Are we worried about it now? He still has until July or whatever to cash in, right? Plenty of post-WM stories to tell.

Another awesome show. Opening promo was excellent.

**** those stupid Spurs fans chanting for Punk after that finish. Telling a great story about Seth overlooking Drew and how that will undoubtedly come back to kill him.

Really hate Bronson Reed part of that gauntlet. Would have rather had Ivar if we're going big guys who have no shot. But ya gotta be Sami. I don't think we need a match to determine this/launch a feud though.

Dominik is a ****ing star. I can't believe this guy is this good. That match was amazing. He sold everything so well. Did all the right moves and tactics. So good. He's got no business being this interesting, especially since I hate his dad so much. Just remarkable the work he's put in.

RAW wasn't that bad this week. I didn't mind the opening promo between Cody and Seth. Didnt accomplish much compared to Roman and Rock but they said they are going to be on Smackdown so we got something to watch for this Friday. We had two heel vs heel matches on the show? That is odd. Gunther vs Dominik was a solid match and it even felt like Dominik had to go through this match like a babyface. Was shocked to hear Cole and McAfee mention about Sting's retirement match as well. So Dakota Sky is the new mouthpiece of Damage Control eh? Someone had to speak for that stable so it was fitting it would be her. She held her own on the mic during their segments so she impressed me. The fans dont pop for Bazler and Zoey Stark so it almost feels like another heel vs heel match.

Becky vs Nia was still a heated match. Nia really is different from her different run. The Liv Morgan interference keeps her into this angle so it makes sense to help protect everyone here. Judgement Day vs Imperium was the other heel vs heel match of the night. It was a good match with Judgment Day seeming like babyfaces if only for this match. Great match between Zayn and Ivar. Doesn't matter what opponent Ivar faces, he gets to put on great matches with them. Drew vs Jey Uso was a decent main event match but didn't they face each other not too long ago. Outside interference stuff. The brand split really doesn't matter during this time of the year right WWE? Above average show overall.

Cole mentions Sting retired and McAfee commented on his AEW Revolution match. Who'd thought we'd ever hear that on wwe TV!?

From what Top Dolla said, seems like if Cole fixates on something random like that, he's trying to get people talking about someone (because nobody's talking about them much to begin with). That's why he kept going on about Flop Dolla.

You're talking about Valhalla and the antlers. That's more than you'd be talking about Valhalla otherwise.

And if she is, you might get a bit excited because Coles excited.

Like how everyone was so excited for Boogs because McAfee was going crazy on commentary and dancing and all that too, it made you excited for it.

That's one thing commentary needs more of (but has changed a lot with people calling things than saying what Vince says in their ear). If they're calling matches excited, you're more likely to feel excited. If they're calling matches bored, you're more likely to feel bored.

For all the things Vince liked or didn't like, a clean canvas was one thing that was good.

We've now entered the era of ring ads. Gonna feel weird for sure but I'm sure we'll get used to it.

Sadly it will end up like UFC and other things where they're basically just wrestling on billboard at some point.

Sounds like it's only for PLEs (for now) but we know for sure this will carry-over to Raw and SD. Wouldn't be surprised if they pulled separate deals for each show to get even more money out of it.

I knew once they went to the black led logo barricades that it's setting up for future "your sponsor here" sales pitches to sponsors, and looks like they're starting with the ring first.

Does that mean we now call the ring the....Prime Zone?
