First Dark match Post SD is Gunther vs Cameron Grimes. Then the second dark match after that is Cody vs Solo.
Feels like everyone in the arena stayed until Cody came out. The 200 section was even filled for the dark matches. After Gunther beat Grimes, Gunther asked if Grimes was the best Charlotte had to offer, Truth came out to a HUGE POP and chased off Gunther.
Cody came out, had a quick match against Solo. Jimmy got ejected by the ref, then Cody gave a post show speech to send everyone home happy. I never seen an arena stay as full as it was for dark matches. People were saying the #WeWantCody stuff was from the internet smarks and what not, until you go to a show and see how over Cody is, you'll understand why people want him to finish his story. They would be crazy not to do a Summerslam at Bank of America Stadium, maybe Wrestlemania but at the least, Charlotte deserves a Summerslam.Last edited by UFCMPunk; 02-10-2024, 01:08 AM.Comment

Heyman used to use that line too.
Funny one was right before Survivor Series during the typical "run ins during the main event", we had like 5 different guys running in and each time Heymans like "Whose side is HE on!?"
I could see Naomi possibly being the one to help out Bayley because there's nothing else for her to even do.Comment

Among other things people noticed from that Bloodline family tree (which was surprisingly a mix of kayfabe and non kayfabe), is that Solos middle name is Yokozuna.
He was born right before Yokozuna won/lost the title at WM.
Also, Rock is actually a high chief. If we do get heel rock, does he do his own High Chief like gimmick. We've had nation rock, corporate rock, peoples champ rock, Hollywood rock, Dwayne the rock Johnson, imagine high chief rock.Comment

After what we heard and saw last week, Raw follows up with a big head to head showdown we've been waiting for.
Liv Morgan vs Zoey Stark!
Also, we have LA Knight vs Ivar.
I don't get the brand vs brand matches for qualifiers for a title on Raw. In kayfabe, what if a SD guy wins it, does he just go to Raw? If so, why would Aldis agree to sign up SD guys for the qualifiers just to risk losing one guy for nothing? Or if it goes to SD, why would Pearce agree to allow SD guys in it?
Either way, I expect LA Knight to win, and I guess that means Lashley vs Bronson is happening, which I suspect means Bronson wins thanks to Kross? How do you not have Bronson in the chamber in Australia. And probably eliminated by McIntyre.Comment

Not having Andrade on SD/involved in the LWO story and not giving him a mouthpiece either seems like a good way to have people care about him as much as they did the first time around.
Lashley beats Bronson? They're really not putting Bronson in the chamber in Australia? You'd think a show like this they'd want to have the Australian talent on the show, even if most aren't winning.
Bronson in the chamber, Indi/Candice going after women's tag titles, Grayson at the very least hosting the Grayson Waller Effect.

Jey Uso vs Gunther next week on RAW... so Jimmy interfering or have we moved past Jey vs Jimmy at Mania? They didn't have a lot of interaction in the Rumble outside of being the first two entrants. Assuming Gunther won't lose the IC Championship until Mania so if Jey gets his shot next week, who faces him at Mania?
I'd like it if WWE did more to incorporate the whole Gunther can't leave the country thing into his character. A man so dangerous, he has been banned from entering other countries.Comment

Definitely sounds like a tag match is happening at EC.
Jimmy vs Jey needs to happen at WM. A chance to "bookend" WM with the Bloodline, don't pass on it. Apparently it was supposed to happen last year but didn't? I think Rikishi let it slip it was gonna be Jimmy vs Jey with him as the ref right after SS, but that didn't happen. Do it at WM instead. Maybe Solo gets involved too so it takes him out of the main event triple threat.
As for Gunther, just suspend him if he's not kayfabe banned from entering other countries. Have him go after someone so bad that Pearce suspends all of Imperium for a week.Last edited by Majingir; 02-12-2024, 09:56 PM.Comment

They acknowledged Truth has been in WWE going back to 2000! Truth later thinks DIY is DX and asks about his old friend Road Dogg.
No doubt this all leads to Awesome Truth taking the tag titles off of Judgment Day, but I don't want to wait until WM. We need new tag titles and have them split again, but really feels like they're holding off another 2 months.
Even Becky chiming in on the Bloodline feud.

Seth's promo was just unbelievable. Absolutely stellar.
Cody, on the other hand, talking about We Want Cody is dumb. He's the Rumble winner. He can pick whoever the **** he wants whenever he wants. They should have just said "I was gonna step aside but **** you, actually."Comment
